The taste is very good and portion is large . Price reasonable . Freshly cook and delicious. Much better than Panda Express LOL. It's look like a busy place . Since I got in there have been about 6 more customers . As a visitor from California ,I must say the place is clean , good food and very cheap compared to Los Angeles .

We were walking over to get dinner at Chipotle, and at the last minute decided to give this place a try. The service was fine, the dining area was fine, and the drink station was fine.I did not like my food, and recognize maybe it was just a bad choice on my part. The egg roll, and Curry Stir Fry with added chicken was just not good. The fried rice as opposed to white or brown was just ok. My first impression when my meal was served on the tray was oh, that doesn't look good at all.Perhaps another dish would be better, and maybe I'll try it again.Boyf liked his 2 egg rolls and Black Bean Beef Stir Fry. They do use proper dishes and forks, but styrofoam cups for the fountain drinks / water.

HC Way has been one of my many go to's for lunch. I love their teriyaki chicken, it very savory and very filling. It's honestly a great bang for your buck, because the portion size is huge and the pricing is fair. The customer service is always great and fast ! The ambiance is a great, it's the usual go to spot for a lot of working individuals around that area. Love it 8/10!

Zero...Zero...Zero!!!Ordered on Door Dash. You cannot trust reviews. One persons trash is another persons treasures is the only thought I have on even the 3 star reviews.The worst food of any kind, I've ever had.

If I could I wouldn't given any stars!! FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME!! We ordered meals for my family ... I order Pad Thai and asked for it to be mild spice level....however my Pad Thai was extremely spicy, my friend had Pad Thai and told me to make sure I get mild because it happened to her as well.... So I called next day around same time ... To see if same staff and manager on duty.. whoever answered clearly was the person from the previous night.. He even told me I asker for medium spice not mild, I asked for medium spice ok not mild however my meal was unedible extremely spicy.. He then says well medium spice is regular spice level nothing different.. when I told him it would have been better if he would have explained that when I ordered. I would have said no SPICE...if someone says anything about spice level wouldn't it make sense to explain the options to the customer...he then goes on to say your order was right kinda short and definitely rude... I told him he was the same rude guy from yesterday just like now he says I didn't take your order... I wasn't even here..: (he must think I'm an idiot ) so I asked how did he know exactly what I asked for.. He said it's in the computer... I said nope nope you're the same rude short person from yesterday... When I asked to talk to manager he said he was and gave some me crazy name.... I explained no worries we will not be back... ...to me, he has no professional skills and no clue how to manage food service, the other food wasn't bad in taste just mediocre. I was willing to let them make it right, but we are good... With the shortage of workers this is what we have to deal with.. Unskilled rude jerks!!

My current go-to Chinese option in Lewis Center/Polaris. I'm simple these days and HC's menu isn't deep--yet excels at the familiar favorites. I like a good egg roll, wonton soup and dumplings. I've been pleased every time I've gotten take out or delivery. I've also been adding on an order of edamame as of late because what they send is 10x better than what I'm microwaving from Kroger. Portions and reasonable cost always provide leftovers which, to me, is crucial for Chinese take out.

Would not recommend. Ordered general Tso chicken and crab Rangoon (not authentic but hey whatever) and it was very mediocre. Tasted more of like the traditional orange chicken dish. Good size portion of chicken. Served over rice and broccoli. Crab rangoons were very subpar. Minimal to no filling. Just fried wonton. Service was fast. Food came hot. If you are ok with just mediocre Chinese cuisine then I suppose this could be an option. Too many other great restaurants around to continue to utilize this location.

Not bad for a fast Chinese takeout. We are fans of General Tso but it's so terrible for us and we hate that it's fried. At HC Way, you can build your own dish with any sauce (General Tso is an option), and vegetables, any protein, and any preparation. Ordering stir-fried chicken with veggies and General Tso sauce seems like a compromise. It's a way to still have our favorite dish, but healthier. Is it as good as regular, fried General Tso chicken? No. But it will do.

Completely bland and basic, but besides that, I have never EVER EVER had sweet and sour chicken that doesn't have the carrots, green pepper-- even pineapple sometimes! This was LITERALLY a scoop of rice and a pile of chicken nuggets. Extremely unheard of and underwhelming.

Bad customer service, staff who works there dont care about customers and very rude especially Friday evening crew, whoever is the owner need to know he will lose many customers.We just needed more information about the menu, and he was very angry to us, then when our food was ready he just through the bag on the table and asked us to figure out our own food. I called them to complain, they said they don't care and there is only 2 stores in Columbus and no body will do anything and they hang up the phone! so watch out this place.
