Hartman's Sports Card Shop

Place is closed. Went out of my way to check it out only to find the doors gated shut. Oh well...

Great staff and gave me an excellent price on 1969 cards I was looking for. It reminds me of what an older ball card store should be. I found what I needed and was treated like a favorite customer even though it was my first visit.

Very much disagree with the other reviewer. This is a great baseball card shop, really geared towards the true collector. The store has a massive collection of single cards dating back decades, and they will always take the time to help you find what you are looking for. The owners do like to talk to their customers, but I find this endearing, as it shows they care about who comes in their door, and makes for a more human experience. Finally, the prices I've gotten for cards have been very competitive with online options, and often better than what you can find on EBay or Amazon.

This shop, one of the handful left in Columbus, is very neat. They have a ton of different cards, collectibles, and memorabilia all over the shop. The prices are fair and deals are made based on purchases. The owners are very friendly, especially the lady working there as I have only spoken with her. Many of the items have a story about their history which makes the experience of shopping there fun. I've been several times lately and have left the shop pleased. Check this one out!

Only thing I like about this place is some of the packs they sell...The people working there talk way too much, and play favorites. One time I was standing in line for a good 45 minutes, waiting to check out, and I was the only person in line!Sometimes they'll say they're giving you a deal, or say they'll give you a free item next time you come in (like a free pack or card that's worth a few dollars), but then never follow through. Sometimes when they say they're giving you a deal, they'll still charge you the same amount that is listed, or sometimes charge you more. So, watch the bill amount when you purchase something!Also, if they have a box that has a few packs in it (even if there are no hits in those packs), they'll put the packs in with a brand new box.

This place is amazing they give you the best deals and really care about you and like to talk for awhile because they are really nice and care allot and Ryan is mad because he waited for 45mins calm down you don't wait for 45mins she likes to talk to you and see what you like and what she can keep a look out for. I absolutely love this place and if it ever shut down I would lose it. Love ya Lou.
