Happy Wok Chinese Resturant

I haven't been back here in many, many years after a bad experience. I'm so thankful I did! 1. Staff working was very patient and helpful when I messsed up my online order even though it was obviously extremely busy. 2. I've never had Egg Foo Young before and the Pork Egg Foo Young is going to be my new go to. So, so good and huge portion. 3. Hands down the best General Tsos chicken I've ever had.

Great place for takeout, there's no seats in the restaurant due to Covid. Staff is friendly and professional. food was tasty and hot, definitely Fed my appetite for Chinese food. Right next to Kroger's you Don't want to miss this one!

Terrible. Got the Chicken Fried Rice and it just had rice, onions and weird looking slices of "chicken". I asked the waitress where the eggs, carrots and peas were and she said no just chicken, rice and onions. I should've know when i saw the cardboard boxes stacked in the empty buffet to turn and leave.

Are you looking for your MSG fix? Do you need to stuff your face with sodium and grease? Are you looking for the high that only Chinese food made by Chinese immigrants can give you? Then this is the place for you! This isn't a fancy restaurant nor is it the best food you can buy. Yet, I eat here about once a month just to satiate the need that only traditional Chinese food can. It's so good, even tho it's not good - if you get my meaning then this is the place for you.

This place is doing renovations and it is looking quite nice....clean and bright. We ordered takeout. The food was hot, the order was correct and solid health and safety protocols for Covid were being followed. The service was quick and friendly. Looking forward to dining in when the renovations are finished.

Absolute worst experience tonight at my beloved Happy Wok. Drove all the way into town, in the ice and snow, to get supper. Drive home only to find a missing order of fried rice. Call Happy Wok to let them know and to my astonishment was accused of LYING!!! I wasn't calling to get anything more than an apology, I had no intentions of driving back into London. I'm a business person and expect a certain level of customer service, I feel it's my duty to let a business know when they have failed. The fact that I was not offered a replacement item was fine, the fact that I was offered no apology was irritating, but the fact that I was accused of lying about a $5.00 carton of fried rice was down right infuriating and offensive. I will not give Happy Wok one more dime and, as promised to the owner, I will make sure everyone I know is well informed of the treatment I received today.

Beggars can't be choosers but save your money. They season food oddly compared to other Chinese places. The appetizers are not worth the money.Most of the sauces on food come out too sweet and syrupy.If you need a chinese fix, just drive to Columbus. This is a waste.
