Hair Plus Beauty Supply Store ReviewI love this store; I have been going to the store for about 10 years now and I have never been disappointment with the selection, the prices, or the kindness of the store owner and staff.I can always find what I need and the staff is helpful to answer any questions I ask. No matter what hairstyle I want to try out, I can find the right products and items to take care of it. If I want the latest brand or if I want to make my own Ayurvedic hair treatments, I can find what I need.The owner is such a sweet lady and she is always willing to help, she even helped me with cutting the lace on a unit before for my protective style. The store has a reward card to earn points and savings and the prices are affordable for great quality products. Like the name of the store, hair plus - they have hair plus more...lol. The store is large with a big selection of everything hair related! While on my hair growth journey, I find all of my hair care things, protective style items, and hair fashion. I also have a lot of the earrings. The quality for the cost is great. Hair Plus Beauty Outlet, 4641 Morse Rd, Columbus, Ohio-I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. I had a purchase for $79.52 on Friday 6/23 on 6/26 I was charged an additional $79.52, grand total of $159.04. I called the store asked for the Manager was told to come to the store and they would fix after reviewing the camera. I received the camera footage which confirmed what I purchased which was $79.52 they still refused to refund their error. While in the store, two other ladies came in with the same issue being charged double for their purchase on Friday and Saturday. The lack of customer service was astounding. I wouldn't suggest anyone make any purchases here unless you want to pay double.

I purchased a wig on Saturday! My receipt was in my hand! I signed the copy for the store also. Then I asked for the lace to be cut. The owner then says I did not pay enough for the wig and REFUSED to give me the wig I purchased that I had a receipt in my hand for and demanded I pay more money because HER employee was new and tagged the wig wrong. Mind you I frequent this store and have bought at least 5 wigs this year! I spotted the wig I tried to purchase on Saturday the last time I came in to buy a wig and the price tag also said $123 3 weeks ago when I came in. I called the police and was told I would receive a refund. I have the refund receipt but no refund as of yet! This is horrible customer service and I fee violated! I will be pursuing civil charges and disputing the charge with my bank because I was charged $101 for a wig I don't have!

And my place still stands in progress.... girls work is never done....doing hair ypur self is a privilege and saves your own state of mind knowing, if you mess up cuting or perming or cloering ....you know my place steel stands.... in progress....great sells.. great colors.. great hold ...great friendly people that help you find things fast no waiting ... Christmas is coming and all a girl wants is Beauty Supplies. And Diamond mask. Grab a scarf. grab some gloves.my place still stands.. my friend the owner will greet you at the door. If she is busy. Don't hesitate to do it yourself... do it yourself is a privilege it is Not mandatory.k??.hair pluss mores raod.get it to go ...hury get those girls dressed and ready...now go get you dinner on . and Don't forget the pretty flower on the table.....
