Hair Depot Plus

The knowledgeable customer service, organized store and well stocked inventory make this my preferred beauty supply store. As a person who knows little about hair care, I truly appreciate the great customer service. The staff is diverse, so I appreciate product knowledge and personal hair care experience that employees are able to share. I've never had a bad customer service experience in the many years that I've shopped here. I also shop here because this location has the largest selection of gray (salt/pepper) hair products. My exact hair color is difficult to find at other supply stores. Like most large beauty supply stores, they carry a variety of hair, wigs, makeup, jewelry, purses, and hair products but it's the great customer service that separates them from the rest.

We shop there today 5/24/24 and you held my daughter bag when the for me but the bag was not returned when we left. I will be there in the morning to pick it up. I tried to leave a voicemail, but the voicemail was not set up.

Poor selection for serious wig wearers. This is more like costume / cosplay wigs and low quality wigs. You won't find the top quality human hair wigs here.

We'd seen this place a few times, and when Sweetie needed some new hair for an event- and Baby K said she wanted "yong yeyyow hair" like some cartoon character- we went.It's a big place, compared to the few others I've been to. Supplies up front, weaves and ponytails off to one side, and a separate wig area in back. Lots of staff, very helpful and friendly. We wandered, Sweetie tried to find something she wanted, Baby K insisted on long yellow hair. I talked her into a ponytail, then we distracted her with some hair bows ($1 for 5 or so) and luckily she forgot about the rest. Sweetie got a nice wig. Prices seem reasonable. Selection was very good. Good service. I'm sure we'll be back.

I really love this place, so I come here a lot to buy my hair product, to bring some of my family members that have never visited the hair Depot plus. I just brought my granddaughter here today, and she totally loves this place. She tried to get me to buy Her mother a wig, her auntie wig, and her other grandmother a wig. Thanks Hair Depot Plus

I don't recommend this store. Fire her. She literally told me "fuck me " infront of my elderly mother and a 2 yr old. And gave me a middle finger. I own a salon and an online bussiness and I come here mostly. But today was the end. It was so bad that I'm seeking legal help

This place is absolutely awful. I went in searching for a wig and the attendant was extremely aggressive and rude. I was looking at the wigs to see if I wanted them and she refused to let me speak, just kept talking over me even after she asked me a question. You may work here but you don't know it all. Or what exactly I need since you wouldn't let me talk. I know that there is a way in which they operate but I couldn't even shop the way I wanted to, they are afraid someone is going to steal. No one should shouldn't be in business if that's how they operate and treat clients. If I want to just LOOK at something then let me. The way in which these people operate makes you not want to spend my hard earned money there. They should be ashamed of themselves, but I'm sure they could care less. Please go anywhere else but here.

Great costumer service and really supportive atmosphere. Especially for a new costumer

to be honest one of worker told my 6 year old sister to not to touch one of the gel then my ask cousin ask her what did that guy say. also the to overpriced it was 101 dollars for human hair. and olaplex cost 30 dollars . and there is a us hair store aross from there better than the hair depo.

They have a lot of great hair products. Every time I go, I'm able to find what I need, whether it is the shampoo and conditioner that I like, hair extensions, hair wraps, or oil. They're open at convenient times and will help you if you can't find what you're looking for.
