Ambiance and service was fine. The pasta fagioli was good. I heard the lasagna was good, but it did not look appetizing to me. Pasta was over baked and totally dried out.The part that I found most disappointing was the chicken marsala which was very good HOWEVER... with a $30+ price tag my expectation is that a pasta of some sort would be included. It was not! I requested a side of spaghetti and got less than half a cup and was charged $8 for it.Will not be going back!

Good morning, Fellow Yelpers! Yesterday, 09/08/24, we had the pleasure of dining at Guy Fieri's Trattoria located at Eldorado Gaming Scioto Downs Casino. The restaurant opened for service at 4 pm, and we arrived at 3:45 pm. After taking a quick lap around the casino to admire the flashing lights of the slot machines, we returned to find a line had formed in the 15 minutes we were gone. A host appeared and asked if anyone in the line had reservations. It turned out that about 80% of the line had reservations. When we finally reached the front, the hostess asked if we had a reservation, and I replied that we did not. She informed us that the soonest available table was at 4:45 pm. I asked if we could sit at the bar, and with a laugh, she welcomed us right in.We found two seats at the bar, where the bartender did his best to keep up with the influx of guests. We tipped him well for his efforts. However, the general manager seemed more disengaged, only paying attention to a couple directly in his line of sight. Despite the operational hiccups, I was generally pleased with the experience. We ordered the Assassin Spaghetti, garlic cheese breadsticks, Cajun Chicken Alfredo, and a bottle of Cecchi Toscana Sangiovese from Tuscany. The Assassin Spaghetti seemed toasted or baked--though I couldn't tell if that was intentional or a slight overcook. Bill: $105.00 + TipOverall, I rated the experience 3 out of 5 stars.

Travis our waiter was great. He met all our needs . He was nice and efficient. We enjoyed the food. I got the Lasagna. It was delicious and there was a lot of it. We shared the meatballs and they were very good. My husband got the chicken Parmesan and my husband said he enjoyed it. He had a large portion also. We brought home food. The salad was good but the croutons were overdone, some burned. And we shared the broccoli and it was spicy. I don't mind spicy but didn't think it went with the cheese on top. The menu did not describe the broccoli. The place was not crowded and we could talk. But the tables were small for all the food we ordered. But the decor nice

Way over priced for the quality of food. You pay fine dining prices for less than average dinners. Nothing comes with the meal, you pay separate for the salad and bread. The garlic bread is about the only thing they have going for them. The Cesar salad was borderline inedible. It lacked any flavor in the dressing and the croutons were flavorless and rubbery. The Cajun pasta was mediocre at best. It had soo much oil floating on the dish when it arrived. Service was absolutely excellent by Robert which is why this review is 3 stars and not 2. Inside is too loud from the sports betting. They should have closed it off. Honestly save your money and go to Olive Garden it's cheaper and tastes MUCH better.

The reviews are true...It's incredibly mid. Portions are weirdly small. We went in yesterday wasn't busy- ordered eggplant parm and Cesar salad. The eggplant parm was cold, cheese was still in its square form. It doesn't come with pasta- I think that could've help it gain a few points. The price point is high for simple ingredients. Cesar salad was bad- over dressed and croutons were stale. Servers was a mousy girl. Didn't sell me on nuthin' Overall Stay away.

We had a party of 9 & made a reservation for dinner. Less than 24 hours before our reservation time, an email was sent to us stating we had to agree to spend a minimum of $450 collectively and pay a 20% tip which we have no issue with the tip amount. If you had a party of 8, that is not required. Our server, Devon was friendly and competent. Issues with our food: lukewarm, one steak overcooked. We were disappointed that this Italian restaurant does not offer complimentary bread. 4 slices of bread for $6. No thank you. We were seated at a table with hardly any room for our plates. We were expecting more of a fine dining experience and were disappointed.
