Guidepost Montessori at Worthington

Our children have attended Guidepost since 2023 and we have had a wonderful experience since. The teachers are kind, smart and genuinely care about the development of our children. They regularly introduce Montessori skills and practice the lifestyle in every aspect of day to day. Our toddler has learned independent skills that enriched his daily activity, taught him basic skills and increased his confidence. His vocabulary and gross motor ability has thrived since he began attending. I also appreciate the low stimulation environment allowing the children to work together to learn and explore the world around them. They also go out of their way to also make holidays and life events special. They have both an outdoor and indoor play area which is key in ensuring children have active time every single day regardless of weather. We are thrilled with Guidepost and appreciate them being part of the Worthington community!

Our toddler has been enrolled here for a year and we can't say enough positive things about it. The school is run by an incredibly dedicated, competent, and caring administrative team who are constantly introducing programs and initiatives to better the school. The teachers are also all extremely caring and all receive Montessori training, all of which have contributed to our son's growth and his love for attending school every day. We only have experience with the toddler program so far, but the same seems to be true for the infant and elementary programs as well.

I have been working at Guidepost Montessori at Worthington for 6 months as an assistant guide at the Children's House, and I am excited to be part of this Team, the work environment is harmonious, respectful, and supportive. One of the things that I value most is the support that the institution, the head of the school, and all staff have given me. The Opportunity for professional development as a Montessori guide through the Prepared Montessorian Institute accredited by (MACTE) represents a great contribution to my professional and personal development. In addition to having the opportunity to work with Guides and professionals with extensive experience in Montessori Education.

My kids have attended Guidepost Worthington since July 2023 and we've had a great experience. The head of school and assistant head of school do a wonderful job communicating with parents, providing an environment of trust and transparency, having a high standard for all guides (teachers) and establishing a strong community. The guides are loving and kind. I appreciate that each child is challenged to grow based on their individual needs and receive one on one attention. Highly recommend this school.

My daughter was struggling in a traditional daycare setting. She's off-the-charts independent, and that was just getting her in trouble. Moving to Guidepost was the best decision we've ever made as parents. Her independence is a strength here, rather than something to be worked around. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The teachers are knowledgeable and patient. Honestly, I can't say enough good things.
