I plan on being in the area for the next 3 years and I'm very happy about that decision!! Michelle

Since I posted my review, I am being told by the apartment complex attorneys I have to remove my statement. I guess as my opinion was too offensive to their community. And again, for an app that is supposed to be for a review to warn others of your business practices, you send a notice saying you are going to file a complaint with the courts for my review on a social media site. I have the right to voice my opinion. I think people can figure out on their own with the type of response that you wrote to this review their own opinion of this place. When you have to write a lengthy response on how you have "handled" all my concerns.....you obviously are not getting the point. The point was that it had to BE a concern. Never should have been. On that note.....I cannot wait to move. Counting the days. There is my opinion all summed up. And the response makes me laugh as respect and empathy is nothing your employees have, attitude might be more like it. Lies and an attorney to hide behind with his nonsense. Lol.

I wI've recently moved from here after living here since about the time it was built and I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews statements as well but first let me tell you the good.LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! yes you are close to 71 and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance and a new hospital went up behind the ranch also! Traffic is pretty easy going too! There's a Kroger right against the property and a meijers across the street,a chipotle and Starbucks just opened down two lights and multiple gas stations as well as cvs and a pet store a hundred feet from the entrance for you pet people!Residents all seem to be pretty nice and easy going at least the ones around us were I'm sure there's a few bad apples somewhere though as there always is lolFloor plans and just overall look of the interior and exterior are great as well, very modern,I received plenty of compliments on that side of things.Very safe and quiet property too, never have heard of the usual car break-ins and ruckus so commonly associated with apartment living.Maintenance is quick to address any issues we had,the maintenance man isn't very talkative but he's very polite and never made us feel like anything we called about was our fault like our last apartment we lived at.The pool! Yes it was heated lol we always had fun and it was well kept! I would try to cut down on the drinking and smoking there though, signs are posted but nothings really enforced. The price is pretty much on the level of other places we checked out but it is newer and we understand that location is key.Now let's talk the bad.Dog poop.yes there are dog stations located around the property but people don't use them as much as they should and nothing happens to those who don't.Parking.parking is tight too in some areas and they do have a pass system but again and I will say this a lot, nothing is enforced.just warning after warning.one of our neighbors laughed as he told us he's had over five warnings? He also told me his friend who lives there on another street who photo copied his pass so he could give them to friends.I do not agree with the previous review saying the property manager is white trash,I found it to be the opposite I found her to be very condescending and arrogant and very dismissive.I assume by the revolving door of employees they've had I cannot be the first to think so,I do not want to say lazy too since I wasn't in there a lot but based on the number of emails, warnings handed out and signs posted telling us how to do things ourselves it's hard not to think that.Just go in when there's no white car out front, which luckily is pretty often.THIN WALLS! This one is hit and miss,my neighbor claimed he could hear nothing but we had a lot of issues hearing the left side neighbors and not the right side ones, this could be a case of just a loud neighbor but I could hear full conversations, toilet flushing,shower,ahem..."bedroom activities" and our air conditioner as well outside. We were told the heat pump in it was loud in the winter time but I felt it was just as loud as the summer.Parking lot snow removal.sometimes it's great most times I think they show up too late and it's still a slick mess after they leave,I'm assuming they pay someone to do this and whatever they pay them is too much lol it's Ohio people! They do clear the sidewalks quickly and even provide us salt to use at the office which is nice to not have to store a huge bag of salt in our closet or garage.NEP.My electric bill was insane compared to when we had AEP at a bigger apartment,I won't get into this as other reviews explained it better anyway!Overall we had a fairly decent stay here,I cannot give half stars or I would have gave them a 2.5 not bad but also not too memorable, for instance our new apartment we moved to has had three resident events in the past two months which are great to meet your neighbors and build some friendships within your community,it feels more like a home and not just a place we live. Also that being said there are way worse places to live in Grove City.

The apartment itself seems well built. Some apartments have garages and some do not. There is permit parking and plenty of parking for guest. Application process was quick and efficient. Office staff are friendly and professional. Neighbors are for most part quiet. Occasionally I can hear them but not to the point it is unreasonable. For those who need to know all aspects before deciding on a place here are the downsides: The first one is the major downside which will totally wreck havoc for those on a budget. Major Issue---NEP Energy/Water Bill completely outrages---You will be paying a car note for utilities here. The company they use, NEP, has hundreds of complaints against them (I recently have written one as well) Schottenstein still has them as the major service here. I hope this changes. NEP gouges their customers as you can see reading other reviews of this company and here at the Summit is no different. I am extremely sensitive when it comes to energy use. I have been an apartment dweller my entire adult life and I have never had a bill so high. I am paying what my sister pays for a large house. It is ridiculous and the company is terrible to work with, I had to ask for my bill because they did not send. Other areas:Snow Removal ---slow or non-existent some daysTrash compactor---I have gone a few times and I had to take trash back home because overflowing. Trash room not kept up well either. They probably need another compactor. Overall the most disappointing thing about living here is the utilities. Good luck!

This place is a joke...terrible parking..not sound proof..horrible management..also had friend who gave notice they were moving after their lease was up. The place they were going to move too approved them gave them a move in date and backed out cause peer wanted to move back. So they told management they needed to stay until they find a place. Management said no. Now they are without a place to live and they have a child. Now they have lived there for over a year paid there high rent and elec water on time never late. Also the garbage situation sucks..there is one dumpster in this place at the front of the complex. For the rent they charge there should be more.. if considering moving here I would run fast.. There is another person who put a deposit down and was jacked around for at least three months told she could move in and then change the date..she got her money back and moved to another place.
