Grove City KinderCare

My grand daughter has been crying and not wanting to go to daycare every day for her first week there last week. She said it was hot and she wasn't happy.I went in to pick up my grandson and check out the building. No one asked for ID. I said who I was and was allowed to take my grandson with no other information. I was very unhappy with how dirty the floors are in this facility. Also when I went in, it was 83 degrees. I asked about the air conditioning and pointed out how terribly hot it was in there. I was told the air conditioning had been turned up and maybe they needed to call for maintenance. I am so unhappy I am sick! My grandchildren's other Kindercare was very safe and I was comfortable leaving them there!

i would of rated this daycare almost 5 stars, not anymore. They don't have cameras and I have seen a teacher be very aggressive with kids. They will write an incident report about your kid and your kid will have marks somewhere else other than what the report said and when you tell the director and assistant director they will say they will figure out what happened and never get back to you. They claim they are too short staff to WATCH your kid, even though that's what their job is, to watch your kid. I'm very disappointed to how my kid has been treated recently at this daycare and he has been there since he was 6 weeks old. I would look else where for someone to watch your kids unless they're school age or can talk really good and tell you if anything happens.

This place smells like urine. The décor and toys are broken and dirty. The kids are allowed to just scream at each other, with no regard to any seeming "rules" or regulation. There is no real divide between some of the age groups. Absolutely NOT.
