Great instruction, friendly and welcoming environment. As a woman in a predominantly male sport, the gym does a great job making women feel welcome and safe. The gym offers Women's only classes, which is great for women who are not comfortable participating in a co-ed class.

Just entered my son into their youth BJJ classes. Very impressed with the care and instruction shown by instructors. This is a family-friendly school and it operates with integrity. I'm impressed and recommend it wholeheartedly.
