Grilled Cheese Gangsters

So good!!!!! We had this for a work food truck Thursday and when I saw the name I immediately ran to the menu! So many options and fairly priced! Smells so good and portions are very fair! I got the godfather which is the Buffalo chicken grilled cheese and it was amazing and so filling!! Anytime they come back I will be in line! Also super quick service!!

Grilled Cheese is really good. Add egg, bacon and cheese it is next level. My preference over a breakfast sandwich. There is something about grilled cheese vs toast.Service - fast, quickAmbiance - since I am at a brewery - five stars Food - as pictured - it was great. No soggy bread, hot

I stopped by as I was really hungry since I hadn't eaten much. The service was friendly and very fast. I think it took about 5-6 minutes to make my sandwich so not long. This was a food truck, which personally I'm not huge on since it doesn't seem very eco as it sounded like the truck or generator ran constantly. I did like that the food is served in a paper basket with a wax paper wrapper. The sandwich was very hot and melty so it was pretty good. I paid $11 so felt overpriced for what it was though. The tomato and pesto seemed well balanced while the bread was crispy. Overall not a bad sandwich. I should've packed properly, but when that's not an option this is a decent choice.

I tried Grilled Cheese Gangster today at work and was a tad disappointed. There was an option to order your food ahead so I ordered mine for 12:30 pm and my food was ready 20 minutes late. I am not sure if this is true but I heard the food truck arrived a little late which might have been the reasoning behind them being behind on orders. I ordered the Carmela which is vegetarian. The grilled cheese has Pesto, basil & grilled tomato. The size did not reflect the price of the sandwich. It was $11 and was not very big at all. The sandwich itself was good but not overwhelming with flavor which I'd prefer. Would definitely like to try another sandwich from this food truck. The gangster tots were very good and the sauce was amazing. Only suggestion would be to give ingredients of the sauce on the website because we had no idea what was in it.

Fun themed food truck, friendly service and relatively quick. The portions are enormous! Food was pretty good although if you like a crispy tot, this is not that. Overall pretty good but a bit more mushy than I expected.

They brought their food truck to my work and well lets just say for $11 you get 2 pieces of bread partially burnt, maybe a small spoon worth or pulled pork and cheese that is not even melted!! See video. I am extremely disappointed, and I would definitely not recommend it. I also saw a coworker throw away one of the tots dishes, so obviously, they need some help in the food department. I would consider other options if you can. It's not worth $11, maybe 6 or 7 just because it is food but pretty sad portions for the cost. The staff at the truck were friendly.

Thank you so much G.C. Gangsters for coming into our neighborhood! What a fantastic idea to take a walk and grab a bite to eat with the fam. Food was fabulous! Our teens ate every bite and even hopped back in line to grab your last order of funnel fries. Sweet goodness Would highly recommend anyone to stop if you ever see this truck. It will definitely make your top list of FAVS!

This is the best local food truck in the area! The employees operating the truck are super helpful with giving recommendations and they are hilarious. The tots come out super crisp with a ton of excellent toppings. The pulled pork was cooked perfectly and you get a hefty quantity on your tots when you order. Such a great value! The buffalo chicken tots were my particular favorite and were nice and spicy. Since the tots were nice and crisp the sauce doesn't make them soggy at all as you work your way to the bottom of the giant mound! The pesto was spot on and the cheese was nice and melty. Nice thick bread and a ton of cheese in there. Let's just say that you need to visit this truck whenever it's in your area - we will definitely be coming back again and again!

So, I'm so disappointed. I got the ham & cheese. One piece of ham and the cheese didn't come close to their website pics. Part of the bread didn't even have cheese on it. BTW, the ham sucks, guys; going to the deli and getting lunch meat would be better than what you all are serving. I know I am being harsh. With those prices they charge, I am not being harsh. The ham is really awful tasting.

Me and my wife had the Al Capone it was Amazingly good at the Tomato Festival . Can not wait to see these Ladies again and have another one. Way to Rock the festival
