Gregg Frame Studio

I took in a small glass cutting project. All the folks here are wonderful, patient, understanding, careful and just wonderful to work with. Even though I wasn't getting anything framed, I observed how others were being treated and I have to say the next time I have a framing project I'm definitely coming back because I'm 100% confident they'll do it right and will make sure they're proud of it before giving it back. They might have higher pricing but it's worth it to give business to people like this.

I had this great piece of art my husband and I bought hanging on a wall and the frame started slowly falling apart until one day, it came crashing down. Evidence, perhaps, that I put things off for way too long. Why? I don't know, but I won't be doing that again with framing now that I have discovered Gregg Frame Studio. I brought the thing in in pieces and immediately the woman working there knew what it needed. Unfortunately, that was the whole frame. But she brought me a few samples until we matched the broken one exactly. She even cut out the signature from the original backing paper and glued it tastefully to be back of the new one along with the artist's business card, which I had only stuck on the back of it prior. Good (no, better) as new!Of course it wasn't long until I assessed the stack of artwork in my den waiting to be framed and picked 2 pieces to bring in. One was a kindergarten original. Although the "value" of this piece was zero, she could tell it mattered to me as a mom, and she treated me and the art with such respect. We were on a mission to find the perfectly matching mat and frame to compliment the art and the right technique to allow the texture of the art to be maintained without being squished behind glass. In the end I think I ended up paying like $150 to have a 5-year-old's art framed, but you should see the way he looked at it when it came home. Every child is an artist!

I've had numerous pieces framed at Gregg throughout the last several years. They've always been thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. Myself, being a picky person about such things - most appreciate their attention to detail. Higher than highly recommended!

What a great frame shop. They remounted our painting and touched up the chipped frame. Better than new. Highly recommend!

My husband very much appreciate the good service we received at Gregg Frame Studio. After being featured on the cover of USA Today, we were excited about preserving our 15 minutes of fame. The selection of frames and mats available at Gregg was huge. Jamie did a great job of helping us sort through our options to arrive at a classy looking, beautiful presentation of the article. She was fun to work with, and we ended up with the perfect framed memento.

Had a strange material issue with a frame that Gregg made for me a year or two ago. They fixed it within the day and charged me nothing. Great interactions with the people there and high quality work.

I originally found Gregg Frame Studio because I wanted to start using a local framing shop instead of a national big box store and I have not been disappointed since. I have had many pieces of artwork framed with and without protective glass. Ryan, Jamie and the rest of the staff have always been kind and great listeners with wonderful suggestions on how to present my artwork. I find their prices to be very reasonable and their work impeccable. I had one print that had a soft crease in it and Ryan was able to give me a local reference for fixing it even. I highly recommend this place of business.
