The atmosphere of the ambiance is great. It is in the north market. They have just about anything you need as far as flavors. The service is great. You will have great service. They will take their time with you and let you experience everything they have to offer

I recently learned that I had a sensitivity to garlic and my heart broke in half. What do I do?!? Thankfully, after a little research, I learned that it's the flesh I have to avoid and that garlic infused oil is a great way to add the flavor back into my cooking. I grabbed a small bottle from Kroger earlier in the month and it was already close to needing a refill... and that's when a random stop to North Market landed me at Green Olive Company.Shopping at a local business is always a win in my book so I just had to get a bottle of their garlic infused oil to restock my pantry. I got a medium size bottle for I think $19. It was packaged up really nicely, which was great because I had walked there not expecting to buy anything.So far I've made salad dressing with it and tossed it in with some veggies while they roasted in the oven. Five stars all the way. I can't wait to go back and try others. With how often I make my own dressings, their lemon infused oil is on my list to try next.

Well...i scoffed at a store that sold olive oil and balsamic vinegar. "A store like that will never work", I said. "There isn't a lot of difference between olive oil or vinegars", I chided. Well, I was wrong. I was wrong wrong wrong. Located in the famous North Market this gem offers a HUGE variety of olive oils as well as Balsamic Vinegars (white and dark). We were encouraged to sample the products...im not gonna lie, there truly are a wide variety of olive oil and vinegars! And the plethora of flavors...MY GOD the flavors! There are price points for income levels and the staff is outstanding! Do yourself a favor and raise your oil and vinegar game a notch or two! Visit the Green Olive!

This place is amazing. If you love cooking, you need to visit this shop. The amount of oil you can select from is top notch and gives you many possibilities on what to do with your next lunch or dinner plans. I've tried samples of many of them and Tuscan Herb is my favorite, so far. This flavor goes along with chicken, steaks, burgers and a splash in salad. It's hard to describe the flavor so go try a sample and you'll love it. I went through the small bottle very quickly so I went back and bought the next size up. I will never get oil from anywhere else because this store has me hooked.

The person working was very helpful, kind and nice. The Green Olive company had great options and the packaging was great. Nice to hear they receive too!

The products are delicious and flavorful, and their quality is top-notch. Just go in, and let the owners (a lovely sister duo) take you on a tour of Italy - and you're sure to find flavors that you love.These oils and vinegars are priced reasonably so you can use them in your own kitchen, and they're special enough to give as gifts too.

We stumbled across this shop during Holiday Hop - what a find! Apparently that was their opening day - looked like they were getting plenty of interested business. :-) So what's the deal? A various selection of vinegars and olive oils - which all were VERY tasty. My husband and I went up and down the aisles sampling, and came back a week later to sample and buy some more. There's only so much olive oil you can taste in one day.Favorites? Mushroom and wild sage olive oil and dark chocolate balsamic vinegar! There was one olive oil that I don't remember the spelling - it wasn't one of the infused ones, but it was definitely his favorite. The two women in the store were SUPER friendly and we got to sample a pizzelle made by one of their grandmothers. This would be a good place to get a Christmas gift for the foodie in the family.

Went to get some Christmas gifts for colleagues and had a great experience. The employee was SO HELPFUL. He gave suggestions for different olive oils and then helped me pair them with a vinegar that would complement them. I appreciated his obvious passion for his job and knowledge of the products! He even wrapped them up nicely in their pairs so I could easily put them in the gift bags.

Delicious selection of balsamic vinaigrettes that can be sampled, but it's hard not to want to buy them all after tasting how delicious they are!! I managed to grab 5 bottles and two sample packs before my husband made me leave! The employees are amazingly sweet and helpful. 10/10 would recommend, I will be a repeat customer now.
