Graystone Wine Cellar

I found Graystone through a website for venues in Columbus when I was looking for a corporate holiday party for 70-80 people.Graystone Cellars is a banquet venue in the Brewery District located in a limestone vault. (pretty cool, huh?!) They carry some local wines & their food menu looks delicious! Plenty of options from a la carte apps to dinner and apps to dinner, drinks, & apps, etc.For drinks, there are multiple options from sodas to wine/beer to wine/beer/spirits, to better spirits, you name it!Brian was responsive and the information packet he sent me had everything I would want to know (the food and drink options, venue pictures, cost, etc.). I asked if gratuity was included, and he confirmed it was added into all of the pricing. So, it was a really great option!I haven't reviewed places I haven't experienced, but we looked at quite a few venues, and I was really impressed by the quality of food and drinks, how beautiful the space was, and the price. It was the best venue option, in my opinion. So, I wanted to share!The only reason we didn't book Graystone is because one of my colleagues got too nervous about the little lead time we had & wanted something with live bar music for the younger folk, so he booked a grungy bar. The younger team wanted to karaoke (he didn't), and he knew that no one could karaoke if there was already live music & a venue available to the public, so here we are. Ha! Fingers crossed for next year.

Graystone Winery was the perfect place to have our rehearsal dinner of 50. The atmosphere was so cool the guests were amazed. The food was deleicious! We had carved beef tenderloin and Brie glazed chicken with cider roasted vegatables, green beans and roasted potatoes, along with salad and rolls. For desert they served an assortment of pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate cake and apple pie, which were all to die for!! Brian, our host, was so easy to work with! With being from out of town, he organized every detail via email and it was beautiful!Thank you Brian and to all your staff for a beautiful night!!

I had my wedding here in 2012 and could not have asked for a better location. Brian, the proprietor, is easy to work with and always responsive to emails. The food that they prepare in house is top notch. I have guests that still tell me how amazing the food was 4 years later. They serve some great wines and will bring in specialty beers for you as part of your alcohol package. Please note that this is a smaller venue. We had 50 guests at our wedding here for the ceremony and reception and it was the perfect size. A very intimate wedding and that was exactly what we were going for.

Professional staff & Proprietor, great service, up front and fair pricing, stunning architecture, great wine, and a COLUMBUS gem. Had my wedding reception here. It did not disappoint! Thank you!

I will be celebrating my anniversary this month and reflected back upon my ceremony and remembering how special the day was. Greystone was a large reason for that feeling and I knew that I needed to write a review, even if ti is long overdue!We had our wedding here in 2012 and it was the best experience ever! The wedding ceremony took place on the lowest level and the reception was on the upper area. The cellar accommodated our smaller party perfectly and everyone had a great time! The food was very reasonable and delicious with lots of choices and more than enough for all. The charm of the cellar itself made our event significant and our guests were intrigued by its history. The alcohol rate was per person which made our overall bill very reasonable (as we had many alcohol consumers on our guest list). Greystone created a night to remember for us and our guests. It is a hidden gem and I can't recommend it enough to others!!

Wow we came here for a rehearsal dinner downstairs. What a great space! Being from Las Vegas and Cali we didn't know what to expect. This was so pretty easily could have been in Napa. No need to dress up the space it's pretty on its own. I only wish they offered black linens. Good service from staff as well. We had a carving station which was so delicious. Great venue, if you're not sure if you should pick this one I'm telling you now to pick this one!

This was the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner! The food was excellent, from appetizers to salad, entrees to the dessert selections. People had all good things to say. Brian was easily contacted by phone and email for every little request and question we had, and had great ideas for our evening's schedule. Also, thanks to all service and bar friends! Very sweet and professional.

We had my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception for 65 people at Graystone Winery and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The owner, Brian, made the planning incredibly easy and straightforward. The venue is unique and beautiful and the food was delicious. Staff were courteous, efficient and helpful through the whole event. They've got a great thing going here and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for an event of this size or smaller.

Had my wedding and reception there a few months ago and everything was perfect! Brian & his staff did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for our special day. All of my guests loved the food! The atmosphere was unique to anything I've ever seen in Columbus.
