I don't even want to give this place 1 star. It deserves 0. The management is absolutely awful. When my roommate and I first moved in we really enjoyed the apartment. It was downhill from there. Terrible service, 3 different management companies, unsafe. Our friend watched her car windows get shattered. The complex has "security" that coincidentally fails to catch any of the car break ins. We moved out over 60 days ago and have yet to receive our security deposit after calling and requesting about 15 times. Very sad it ended this way but no good things to say about this place anymore.

Many people have written similar things but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. When I moved in my apartment was dirty and the key I was given was not even for my apartment. The only reason I could get in was because they left the door unlocked. The apartment smelled when I moved in and 1 month in I still can't get rid of the smell. When trying to work through this everyone I spoke with completely unprofessional and not helpful. Fast forward to trying to move in they are impossible to get in touch with or to get anything done. You pay insanely high fees for the amenities but the pool is always crowded, not enough space for everyone and the gym is old. 0/10 recommend moving here, don't waste your time and money.

There are a few things you want in an apartment: security, decent management, and for your monthly home owners fee to go towards something decent. Well, you won't find those at Grant Park! *smile* While the inside of the apartment is nice, it is not a well functioning complex! Read below for more...There is no locker, so your packages WILL be stolen (if you don't do a signed drop-off). I personally had 4 items stolen within the last month :) They have "security" but it's really a company who's workers are sleeping in their PERSONAL vehicles and calling it "patrol." Mind you their cars are still on, talk about reducing CO2 Emissions...This complex is owned by 601W Companies (yes I'm naming names), a big company who doesn't seem to have time for smaller properties like this because we've had 3 management changes within the last year. And we don't get a heads up.There's valet trash, but they sometimes delay picking up trash so the breezeways smell and have flies (sometimes) around the doors. So I tried to throw my own trash away but the few dumpsters on the property are FULL to the brim! I mean trash bags in the grass surrounding the dump.Extra note(s): I thought living by train-tracks wouldn't be a big deal, but this route is busy! And the icing on the cake is that your car might be broken into, mines did and so did a few of my neighbors.

When I signed my lease at this property it was under the management of Thrive but a couple months before my lease was up it switched over to the 601W management. Thrive wasn't great by all means but I felt like they handled issues professionally. When the new management team came in (with less than 1 week notice) things went downhill quickly. Our pool was set to open in early May and wasn't opened till Memorial Day weekend but was quickly shut down BY THE CITY for the filthy condition of the pool. Trash around the complex started piling up. The valet trash service was extremely hit or miss despite the scheduled daily pickups from Sunday-Thursday they were only coming around maybe once a week. The compactor for the property sat full for weeks and trash piled up outside in the parking lot. Packages are constantly being stolen so I recommend getting a PO Box or requiring a signature for any packages you want. Cars are broken into and catalytic converters are constantly stolen despite our "security" that is supposed to be on the property all night long. With all of this they started charging for parking so if you want to pay additional fees just for your car to be driven off the property never to be seen again then this is the place for you! Lastly the management team in general is EXTREMELY rude and not helpful. Specifically their previous community manager Sydney Peebles has gotten into loud verbal arguments with residents that bring up any of these issues.

My girlfriend has lived here for 2 years and once the new ownership took over they have been awful. Constantly putting wrong letters on her door, sometimes even eviction notices for a completely different person. They're supposed to take the trash from your door but sometimes just don't feel like it because they deem it to be too heavy even if it's in the specific trash can they make you use to put it out in. You also cannot opt out of that option and the payment is included in your rent. She constantly tried to contact people and she had to call 3 different numbers before she could talk to somebody. Please don't move here, you will hate it. The only nice thing is the gym and the pool. The pool gets very crowded in the summer because there is only one pool for the entire complex however.

We lived here for less than a year. The property company has withheld our security deposit from us for over 90 days while dodging our communication with multiple excuses every time we call/visit the office to collect it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The management is the absolute worst management I've ever dealt with. I've lived in multiple apartments in Columbus over the years and this place is by far the worst. They had electrical issues for months and residents were forced to deal with it. This caused me to have to miss days of work from working at home and when I asked if I could break my lease due to these issues that had no resolution in sight they said no. They did however let my friends break their lease due to a water leakage in their apartment. Cars are broken into all the time, cars have been hit in the parking lot. The theft of packages is HORRIBLE here, if your package is delivered in the middle of the day it will likely be stolen if you aren't home to grab it. I had a camera outside my door that maintenance threw away and when asked for it to be replaced management said no. This place is an absolute joke, counting down the days until I can move out.

This place is terrible. They do not maintain their property at all. We had to walk through feet of snow and jump over snow banks in the parking lot because they didn't plow sufficiently. When they did plow they would plow in our cars and multiple people got stuck in the lots, had to get towed, or simply couldn't use their cars because they couldn't get out. They never put salt or sand down and the parking lot is an ice rink all winter long. I fell multiple times and I watched other people have bad falls in the lot as well. The package theft is unbelievable. I've had multiple packages stolen and I tell the complex every time and they say they will work on it and nothing is ever done. Cars get broken into consistently and they promised they would install more security lights many months ago and never did, and when questioned just said there was a delay and they will be doing it. They have no rules about off leash dogs so every time you leave your apartment you are bombarded by off leash dogs. We had a broken faucet and made multiple complaints and maintenance requests and every time they would come fix it and say "these faucets are the absolute worst and break constantly but the apartment won't let us buy new ones and replace them" so we lived with a faucet that sprayed water everywhere for months. Lastly, the office staff is rude, not trustworthy, and terrible at their jobs. They don't take into consideration anything you tell them and could care less about anyone living there. Good riddance to this place.
