Solid gym. They have a new flagship location called the armory a few miles up the road. This review serves for both. GPF is 24/7 and has plenty of equipment, just about everything you need. Really nice in the warmer months as they open up the garage doors and air the place out. Can get crowded though in the late afternoon/ early evening (like most gyms) especially with space being a little tight. Cost is 60 a month plus initiation. The armory is a much larger facility and literally has every piece of lifting and cardio equipment possible. Is not open 24/7 but is from 6am to 10 pm most days. Staff has always been quite friendly. Cost for this place is 100 a month which also gives you access to GPF. This was one of the main reasons I left as the cost was prohibitive for my friends to join. They opened this facility about a year ago so I was grandfathered with my GPF membership. Another thing to note is in terms of facilities they had been open about 9 months when I left and at that time didn't have locker rooms and as fast as I knew no plans for when they would open (but they did prioritize opening other more expensive training areas). As of when I left, they had 2 bathrooms to share with the entire weight floor and the basketball court. The armory does have a basketball court but they share it with a grade school as well as several other groups so there is virtually no open court time regardless of the time of year. Big downside of the armory is that to access any of the nice recovery equipment (massage guns, cold tubs, etc), you have to be a shield member which is 195 a month plus initiation. That price point is frankly excessive in my opinion. Both gyms are pretty serious lifting gyms, so if that is the vibe you are wanting then this is definitely your spot. Probably less suited to the more casual lifters (like me). Certainly not a bad thing, more just an FYI. All that being said, solid facility, great place to lift if you are willing to pay for it.

Goodness Gracious! I mean where does one even begin. I just got over a long battle of shingles and was literally itching to get back in the swing of things. After becoming a member I was quickly impressed with the sheer amount of weights that this gym has to offer. With a complete set of dumbbells and equipment this gym has it all (except a vaccine for shingles!!!). It is definitely a step up from my Wednesday Pilates class, but so far I LOVE IT!!! #adventuresofchevius

Currently I do not recommend this place because the sauna locker rooms are now mismatched which is not right because both of the locker rooms are supposed to have saunas not just one that's not right. That's why I go to a gym that has a sauna. Plus this gym has no air conditioning too because I don't like to be hot.

This is a great gym atmosphere with people all dedicated to working out. Great selection of equipment and stuff is never broken or out of order. Wi-Fi works well, music is usually bumping and there are good benefits at Grandview Primary Care for discounted VO2 max and DEXA scans and the like. Dr. Bailey has put a lot into the gym to help it improve and expand. This gym certainly has continued to gain popularity and the one pitfall is sometimes it's a little too popular for its size. This has resulted in less cardio equipment and a cramped gym floor with close equipment. I hope they are able to expand once more and take over the auto parts store. I eventually plan on checking out Worthington pro fitness as that is also included with your membership.

Owner will terminate your membership with immediate action if you voice a different opinion than him. Termination also happens through Instagram message before blocking you from all accounts. The place is also dirty and no one wipes equipment off after using it. Wasn't sure if I was gonna walk out with a staph, E. coli, covid, herpes infection or all the above.

Great gym! 24/7/365 access via key fob. Dumbbells up to 150#. Tons of racks and barbells. A few Hammer Strength plate loaded machines. A vew selectorize machines. And best of all the owner is an MD whose office is attached with a DEXA, RMR, and VO2 max testing. Great resources for competitors. No frills, pretty hardcore gym. A must if you're a serious iron athlete.

This gym was very enjoyable until about 3-4 weeks ago. They started making odd changes - and the whole vibe of the gym changed. The new manager just seems very entitled. Not a fun person to be around at all. Pro fitness needs to really think about the decisions they are making - and the people they're hiring.
