Grand at Polaris

An amazing place to live at with a perfect pond view. The maintenance staff is amazing and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Always ask for Lindsey, she was a big help!

I will reserve the 5 star rating until I've slept here for a month but so far this place is impressive. I just moved here and got a very nice 1 bedroom with garage and I'm very happy. Everything is new, great condition and great views. The price is affordable for the area and it is a great location near the high end shopping. I hope my stay here for the next few years is a good one.

I Love This place everything is clean and very nice!.I love the Starbucks coffee maker and the Gym. This is a great place to live.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

i've lived in a lot of apartments and this ones really have stuck out to me. We have lived here a year and are moving within the complex because we just LOVE it here. We live in a townhome now and wanted a one floor and Meredith and Emily made the entire process so easy! These girls are so awesome and helpful with everything! When we have needed a maintenance order it's always fixed that same day! Its been such a pleasure living here and the apartments and pool and everything is just so updated and so nice! So glad to call it home.

My wife and I have been living at the Grand at Polaris for a little over a year and love it! We've been here before the community changed ownership to Champion and were originally worried about that, but they have been great! It is a nice quiet community in a great location. The leasing managers are friendly and accommodating to your requests.My absolute favorite thing about the units are their energy efficiency and build quality. You cannot hear your neighbors at all. I was concerned that all-electric units would be expensive, especially since the complex is sub-metered, but this is not an issue at all. The efficiency makes up for it and the utilities are reasonable.Duke and the rest of the maintenance crew are very friendly and take pride in keeping the complex great! They don't just react to issues reported (which aren't many since everything is new) - you can find them proactively doing maintenances, such as changing air filters, powerwashing the buildings and even removing bird nests from vents before they can cause any issues. They're very respectful and even put disposable shoe covers on before entering your home!The pool is really nice and well maintained, and the 24/7 fitness center and 24/7 Starbucks machine in the clubhouse are nice perks. Speaking of the clubhouse, it is gorgeous and you can rent out the common room for events, or even reserve the movie theater for free based on availability. The team plans fun community events as well!I can't think of any complaints. As another review mentioned, there is no recycling pickup, but you can't really find that in any community in this area.

Very nice, spacious townhome. Was very clean and quiet. I was only there for a short amount of time because I ended up moving out of state but really enjoyed my time there. The management were the best ever. They were so accomodating and would help me in the business center when I was working in there--- one of the girls there even played with my kids and occupied them for a little bit while I was working on something. They were always so friendly. The clubhouse is wonderful-- very nice, comfortable area to hang out, the business center, a movie room, nice workout room, and really cool game room that my kids loved. They wanted to go there everyday. Loved the location and that it was near all of the stores. Duke the maintenance guy was great as well-- super nice.Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking! :)

Such a great community to live. Everything was always so easy and great . Like clock work every Monday the grounds were being maintained. In the winter often times the roads in the complex are cleaner than the main roads. I never ever ever one time felt like I burden. The team sincerely wants you to be happy.

The staff have been amazing for Grand at Polaris. Whitney and Meredith have been awesome to work with which made my decision easy in choosing my apartment. They were the nicest people I met, by far, in looking at multiple apartments to choose from. They were the difference with why I chose to live here. You have to reach out to them if you're looking for a place. They've been phenomenal to work with.

The Grand at Polaris has surpassed all expectations and has been a wonderful community to live in! Between the up to date floor plans, always clean club house and amenities, and genuinely friendly and helpful staff- this community is not only a place to live, it's a place that feels like home! The property manager's Emily and Whitney have made our experience all the way through absolutely delightful, and because of that, we could not be more thankful to have found such a great complex! The Grand at Polaris teams goes out of their way to make their residence feel special, welcome, and taken care of! Best place to live!!!
