Grafton Park

Grafton is one of my favorite complexes I have lived in. The front desk remembered my name right after I moved in. Coffee is great and I even had packages delivered that Nicole,at the front desk, kindly put in my apartment while I was on vacation. Also great location. Sawmill amenities without being right on sawmill road.

I recently moved to Grafton Park with my husband and 3 year old. We have so far had a great experience in this community. My daughter quickly settled in and loves exploring the community. We found the apartments in perfect condition and so comfortable to live in- they have dinner great storage as well which is not always the case with apartments. The management team is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only is the staff is friendly and fun - but they truly care about providing the best experience possible. (I happened to move in during COVID-19 and the difference between the staff's attitude and actions here, versus those of my old apartment complex, have been like night and day.)My apartment is great value for money. It's spacious, newer (the complex is only 3 years old at this point, I believe), and has great touches like beige walls (versus the same old white), large master closets, and USB ports in the kitchen.The grounds are beautiful and peaceful (which I love) and perfect for short walks or potty breaks (which my dog loves). You also can't beat the location! You're along Sawmill Road, with its tons of stores and restaurants, but also right next door to a neighborhood that's relaxing and great for walking the dog.If you're looking to move into the area, I would highly recommend considering Grafton Apartments.

Full disclosure, I don't live here. I have friends that do and the apartments are very cute on the inside. The floors are this faux grey wood that looks hella classy against the carpet color selection. The spaces are well thought out. My friends have a 2 bedroom and ot feels really warm. Pick an apartment with a view if you can, or you maybe looking at the side of a building when you look outside. Its a good patio space though, I think I just prefer to have the woods at my back rathwr than a building. Its a really quiet place as well, im not sure whats with the building numbering system but it needs tweeking bad. If your not from there it's a pain tryin to figure out where your building nunber is. It doesn't seem like their on any order really? Also, perhaps a camera system outside would be helpful, just incase something happens in such a seemingly packed parking area. I really liked the bathroom though, very spacious and the modern look and feel is vsry nice.

Been in the neighborhood for a couple years now. I have to say, when new management took over, it was night and day. Pam, Nadeyah and Joe are amazing! I have never experienced this level of kindness and professional and property management. Great group of people. Very accommodating, caring and genuine. so much so that I hope they are lifelong friends. Highly recommend living in this neighborhood. Just very pleasant living here! Thank you Pam, Nadeyah and Joe for being amazing people!

A great place to call "home". The Leasing team is great, Lindsey & Chloe will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, The maintenance staff are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I have been living here from 2019 & without any second thought I always renew my Lease with Grafton Park ApartmentsThe community is located between bethel & Sawmill road & near to many restaurants, Department Stores, Movie Theatres & Gas Stations. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Grafton Park used to be a great place to live. Then the property was sold to a new management company, Birge and Held. It's gone down hill from there. The office is constantly understaffed, don't bother trying to call them because they will most likely not answer the phone. Maintenance is also severely understaffed. It took 4 days to even get someone to look at my AC when it was 90 degrees out. It was so hot inside my apartment, my dog and I had to find somewhere else to stay until they found the time to fix it. Then once it was fixed it broke again two day later. A night and day difference, for the worse, from the old management company. It is clear no one in the company cares because all they do is provide generic excuses and insincere apologies. Better off taking your rent money elsewhere.

First, I have not lived in an apartment for 30 years since college, so this was a process for me. After viewing several higher end communities, Grafton Park exceeded my expectations. I recently moved in and have to say that not only was the process simple, it was streamlined and most everything done online. Chole and Lindsey made the transition easy and delivered everything they said they would do. I entered a very clean updated apartment and this exceeded my expectations.As for the the workout facility and pool it five stars, clean, modern and really a neat place to enjoy. As a company owner, I know you can only be as good as your front line staff. Champion has a great staff at Grafton and they made the difference in me deciding where to move.

Grafton Park is a wonderful community for my family and our dog. We love how spacious our living area is, the bedrooms are big with lots of storage, and we love spending time on our patio. The community has a pool, clubhouse, and pond that makes it easy to enjoy life indoors and outside! I highly recommend living at Grafton Park.
