Good Cafe

While I really wanted to like Good Cafe, our experience was absolutely horrible! We stopped in around 10 AM yesterday (Friday). While there were two people working (and only two other customers in the cafe, our food was served in 10-15 increments. My food came out first (breakfast sandwich) - 10 minutes later, my daughter's bacon and brownie came out - 15 minutes later, my friend's son's waffles came out - and then 15 minutes later, my friend's chicken and waffles came out. It took 50 minutes - for my friend to get her chicken and waffles! Reviews on the food are below: Breakfast sandwich - The servers tried to cover up burning the sandwich by putting the burned piece of toast on the bottom. I had to wait 10 minutes to ask for another piece of toast as it took that long for them to come back out. By the time that I got another piece of toast, my sandwich was cold. Bacon - The bacon was served cold. Brownie - The brownie looked delicious and was large in size; however, was super dry. Chicken and Waffles/Waffles - My friend and her son stated that these were good and tasted like "cake". However, they did run out of waffle mix (around 10:30 AM), so my friend was served a pancake in place of the third waffle. The pancake looked odd as it looked like a scrambled egg, but my friend stated that it was good. Hot Chocolate - My daughter had this and stated that it did not taste good at all. She described it as tasting "woodsy". Other Notes:- Located inside of CTI Bank. Cute, large in size. - Tic Tac Toe is available for something to do while waiting (1 board).- Plenty of food/drink options.- Cashless.Unfortunately, we will probably not return to Good Cafe due to both food and service.

I had the most amazing gluten free dishes here. I was there near closing so they didn't have any cheddar biscuits left so they made them fresh for me! They were so fluffy and flavorful. I couldn't tell they were gluten free. The blueberry scone was delicious. My husband had the chicken pita and had to make sure the owner know it was the best he ever had ( and he isn't gluten free).

I really want to like this place. It's new and it's close to many office buildings. I love the ambience! The staff are very nice young people. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the food. This is the first cold burger that was ever served to me. The bread was cold, and the patty was room temp. The only warm thing on my plate was the potatoes. Sadly, they were so bland I also tried the mango peach green tea which was just okay. I won't order it again. I really think they can do better and hopefully they will.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's not easy finding both gluten-free and dairy-free food that's also delicious, but they've done it! As someone with celiac disease, it's reassuring to know they can guarantee no cross-contamination, while again, still making it taste delicious.The staff was friendly and helpful (especially Michelle!).If I didn't live three hours away, I'd be here daily.

Everything is Gluten-Free and very tasty! Lots of drink and food options. I've tried the blueberry muffin and the chicken pita wrap both times I've been in and they are excellent! I miss classic foods like muffins and sandwiches since I cannot eat gluten and this place is a winner. Very fluffy and moist muffin and flavorful pita. My husband said the berry smoothie was the best he's had.Conveniently located near Easton but in a calm atmosphere on the 1st floor right inside a bigger corporate office building. Plenty of parking in a dedicated parking lot. Free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are in the lobby of the office building. Would be a good place for an hour or two of remote work or a coffee meeting.

A hidden gem in Easton. Great food for the right price. Plenty of options and all needs. From vegan, gluten free and everything in between.Definitely recommend. My family and I are coming back for sure

I was recently diagnosed celiac, and have been exploring gluten free options in Columbus. I visited Good Cafe in person & was very impressed with their gluten free lox bagel. I loved how it came with dairy free cream cheese! I have been trying to get in contact with their owner & catering manager Michelle, for 3 weeks now, to order catering for my wedding getting ready morning. She has missed scheduled calls to go over a catering order. If you don't go in person, good luck to you. I would have loved to give her my business.

I really enjoyed eating at Good Cafe. The vibe is upscale with very elegant and delicious gluten free and dairy free offerings. There's even amazing vegan foods, like the chicken and waffles made with vegan chicken. Delicious. Coffee is nice too. Definitely going back.

Used this place to feed actors and crew. Great tasting food with calm ambience. The food is light and my stomach has no bad reactionsreactions. I will recommend and come again.

The Breakfast Waffle Sandwiches are CHEF'S KISS! I was fortunate to be there one day and the non-dairy items were very good.
