The Giant Eagle on West Broad Street in Lincoln Village is my "go to" grocery store as well as the pharmacy. The employees are always so helpful and kind. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because of the questionable characters that sometimes sit outside of the store and beg for money. There is a police officer inside and of course because of this the inside of the store is safer, however I wish these individuals would be chased away from the outside of the store so I didn't have to tell them to take a hike myself. Seems dangerous especially since they are right around the corner from the pharmacy drive thru.

This is a pretty good Giant Eagle. The produce is usually fresh. The staff can be rude at times but for the most part they are nice. Its in a convenient location so if you like to do all your grocery shopping at once it is nice because Kroger is across the street.

They cannot find their inventory of liquor. Ohio liquor shows they have it (updated today). They refuse to even check the back. I have dealt with this exact issue getting liquor here before. They magically found a box of what I was looking for after hounding them to keep checking their back room. It must be a mess back there. Don't bother coming here.

My favorite Giant Eagle! It might not be as snazzy as the Market District in Upper Arlington but its right up the street from my house and everyone that works there is super nice, helpful and already knows me and my son who always gets free cookies!Fuelperks are way better than Kroger, Foodperks, specials, great place to shop!

There are many reasons to love Giant Eagle. Unlike other grocery stores, they actually make their own baked goods. I prefer their almond cake to reisch's. Their produce, dairy and meat departments are top notch. But what i really love is when I wrote corporate about the possibility of getting prescription meds for our beloved 19 year old siamese, they immediately responded and saved me lots of money. This little store in reynoldsburg reminds me of friendly hometown service that you used to get years ago. I truly am a valued customer! Some people say their prices are a little higher but you aren't throwing away the milk before the expiration date and the produce and meats are sorted through regularly so that you get stuff that doesn't go bad or is stale. I am a very good shopper, and a frugal shopper and this is where my money goes.

This used to be a favorite place of mine to shop. Here's why I now only go for incidentals (and pharmacy - it's the best around):1. The prices are inconsistent. Average, then slightly above average, then ridiculously high. Which is where they are now - ridiculously high. $7 for organic milk? $5.99 for Land o Lakes butter? $5.99 for frozen corn? 2. Speaking of corn, have to buy frozen here because they just don't carry local produce. Forget local, it's not even regional (well, except for their mushrooms - grown in PA - but they had furry mold all over them. And no expiration date). Grown in Mexico tomatoes? No thanks. 3. They do nothing for the community. I volunteer for a food pantry that's 2 miles away, and they donate nada. Kroger, however, gives lots. And that's important to me. 4. Last thing: I don't appreciate being price-forced into buying store brand. $5.99 for Land o Lakes butter? Well, you're in luck, because Giant Eagle's brand is a mere $3.29! Astonishing. They've gotten rid of almost all of the dairy milk and replaced it with store brand. Pass. Hard pass.

This is my local store, and I am in and out often. I've had great experiences, specifically in the floral, bakery, and meat departments. The produce is always fresh and well displayed. There is a large variety and it seems that local products are always an option. They just put in a new liquor store: beer, wine, and liquor choices are endless. Baked goods are plentiful and fresh. The team members are helpful and pleasant. Meat department has a large variety of pre made options, which I love. It's easier to pick up stuffed pork chops, burgers, or kabobs than to make them sometimes. The fuel perks are also a huge attraction. It's a terrific location overall!
