Large vibrant club that winds up the later you go. Friendly service great bartenders take care of you. Drinks for every budget and a wide assortment. There is a bus full of bar food in case you get hungry. Music is pumping there is an actual dance floor to boogie on down. Chill outdoor patio area. Stopped here on our way to High Street but doubled back around to this spot!Loved the vibe.

You may end up teaching someone how to dougie or pulling out a superman.Sports bar. Food was ok. Ordered the chicken nachos which could have been better (lacking in flavor).The highlight for me was the music options. Hip hop fans, rejoice, we have a decent music lineup here.

A gas. Gaswerks is one of the worst bars around here. It has some competition though. Basically a college bar in the hipster area. Try to avoid the urge to punch a douche out. Funny sign is the best thing about this bar. It says "Great Drinks, Great Food, Lousy Service." Two lies and one truth? Anyway it's basically a step above the hellhole bars around OSU. I'm not talking about the cool hole in the wall bars of course, but the Bieber playing ones where the frat boys take over and they douche it up. Avoid those and go to the cool hangouts. Kind of like those but this is in the Arena District. There's more bad bars like it on Park Street. It's better than it used to be. Many drink specials. The happy hour is all well liquor for $3 and it lasts until 9, so you have a long time. Also has some bad food. There's nothing vegetarian it appears after looking at the entire menu. Go earlier and it seems like another bar. There's not a big crowd acting like idiots on the dance floor and it actually may be quiet. If you get here earlier you can actually try food. Maybe not because it's also not good. They have typical fried shit like wings.

Pretty darn empty on a Friday night, but I hadn't been here in quite a long while so I ducked in to give it a once over look.Didn't stick around. Maybe there are better times to come here when there are more patrons present and more excitement? IDK, but I moved along.

So.... for a young/ college bar in Columbus, this was decent. We had Irish Breakfast shots (Jameson and Butter Scotch schnapps) which were pretty good. All others were college pours. Honestly, we were some of the "more mature" constituents, but everyone was fun and inviting. No judging at all.

This is a cute bar with cheap drinks! They have a Cherry Bomb special for $1 which is a great deal. I also tried the Boneless Buffalo Wings($12). I wasn't a fan of the wings because they were really chewy. However, the staff was amazing!

I've never been so disappointed in a place. The food was disgusting. The tacos were dry and tasted old and had a foul smell and taste. Also the soda gun was full of mold -or at least my drink tasted like it. Overall a beautiful place and so much potential but the food and drink quality and safety is a 0 star for me.

Came here after a run with friends for pre-dinner drinks. Gaswerks is probably the lowest Yelp reviewed place I've been to in Columbus. So low it's almost impressive (even on Google the reviews are terrible!). I really don't have any issues with this place based on the time that I came. Had a simple beer with folks on the patio during the work week, location is convenient in Short North, patio has some room so folks can spread out a little. Maybe there are better places to get a drink but I felt this locale was totally alright.

Cherry bomb $1 shots are a must, very affordable overall. Staff is kind and usually attentive. Not usually busy but still has great music and atmosphere. All the bad reviews coming from uppity folks who can't handle the college bar type atmosphere.

Visited from Cincinnati for St Pattys day with a group of friends and family, a staff member by the name of Adam approached our group very aggressively yelling telling us we had to leave while we were on the stage area dancing taking photos with the wall art.. when we asked for an explanation and offered an apology, he threatened to get the police then proceeded to do so. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary.. the way he treated us was rude .. yelling "he doesn't have time to babysit" hopefully management here can teach him how to be respectful towards paying customers.. definitely not be coming back to this establishment.. the 2 star rating speaks for itself.. including the food which I would also give 2 stars..
