Froggy's

The smoked wings are amazing, don't forget the hot honey pepperoni pizza and they have interesting cocktails too. Great atmosphere, fantastic and very attentive staff! We love this place!!!

Went to Froggy's this weekend for the first time and I cannot wait for summer after my trip! my mom and I arrived on a cold Sunday and there was a group of people sitting around the bar and immediately was asked to join them. They were playing some kind of dice game that cost a dollar to join and if you roll a certain amount of dice you can win a free drink. The people at the bar ended up buying everyone a turn so of course we did to. The guy sitting near me, recommended a Creamsicle kind of drink, which was good, but I think I'll stick to my regular order. After looking at the menu, I decided to get Chunk N Dunks which is a thin layer of breading on a chicken nugget. It was very good, I got a side of ranch and a side of California gold after the recommendation of Nick, our bartender. My mom got a quesadilla that was FANTASTIC. After we ate, Nick offered to show us around the bar as it was pretty closed off since it had just snowed. During the summer, they have live music and a swim up bar that can hold around 200+ people. I cannot wait to come back to town for some shows and to meet new people as everyone around was so friendly. They also had a pool table and some games inside for people to be entertained during the winter. According to their website, they have a lot of activities going on including bingo, pool and darts and much more. Thank you again, Nick for showing us around. I cannot wait for summer to return and will update my review then.

Meh. Went for rib night Thursday. Got there just before 6 and was told only a slab and half left! So once we picked our table from the nearly empty restaurant, we immediately ordered two half slabs to be sure we didn't get undercut by another person wanting ribs. Hard to believe the rib shortage on, you know, rib night. But we got our ribs and, well, not great. Short on meat, had some ligaments or whatever they are called in every other bite. Sides were skimpy. Other person's quesadilla was tasty. Mahi Mahi salad was lacking in quality mahi mahi and flavor. Had a cherry wood smoked Old Fashioned that was tasty.The staff was friendly as any I've encountered. They answered our questions thoroughly and made sure we got what we wanted. And great live music.But the food... meh. Must be a place for tavern food and pizza but definitely not for ribs.. .even on rib night.

Great day at the pool on Sunday! Good drinks and awesome time in the water. Cool drinks too. The live music was great too and good food.

Froggy's is yet another Indian Lake bar. It may be the only one with a swimming pool. That's what it's known for. Also has a pretty nice patio. The drinks are okay but the food sucks. It takes a bit longer to get here. It's located much further away from the rest of the stuff going on in the towns around the lake. This place is on the northern side. It's pretty isolated. There's a few other bars nearby. It's close to the Tilton Hilton. There's a residential area around these. As for the bar, it's not the worst in the area. Good things include the drinks. Cheap drinks are a good thing at any bar. I had a Jim Beam and Cherry Coke. This is about $2 for a glass, and it was pretty strong. One more thing is the swimming pool. There aren't many bars where you can take a swim. It's only open in the spring and summer, but the bar stays open all year long. The rest of the bar stinks. Literally. The bathrooms aren't the only part that smells like piss. Eat before going. The food is all fried and terrible. It is on the northern side of the lake. It can be hard to find. This is a bit off from State Route 235 on a residential street.

Had a great evening at Froggy's resort. We rented three units, had fun watching OSU game, great pizza & overall had a fun weekend. Rentals are very nice and clean. We had covered boat dock for our pontoon. 8 couples spent the night. Enough room, bedding, space for the entire group. Mostly used one kitchen for all our snacks & drinks. We will stay here again. Great way to get a large group together for a safe night out and no one driving. Very few in our party had ever been to Indian Lake or Froggy's. All left talking about planning another trip where we spent entire weekend. Only issue we had was miscommunication on rental change. Easily taken care of once able to speak with the owner.

Happened on this place while shopping for an RV. Had the broasted chicken then dipped in the pool. Had so much fun and the food was so good we got a bunch of people together and headed up for the weekend. We had the broasted chicken and 10 other things to share. We enjoyed everything Alexis was a great server, we waited for nothing, always had full drinks. The bands were great service was great the pool was great. A real gem that you could stumble into.

I love little places like this. Locals hangin out talking and having fun. Pizza was pretty good. Service was great. Love it here! Oink oink!

Fish dinner, meat lovers pizza and chicken chunks were amazing. Great service and a live band on a Sunday afternoon.

Seriously the WORST FOOD EVER! We stopped today and I couldn't believe food could be this bad. We ordered chicken nachos. The nachos were a basket of stale chips topped with COLD chicken strip (like the Grilled Tyson strips in a bag) a few jalapeños that looked questionable and shredded cheese that barely covered the top few chips and was cold - barely melted. Look, if you don't want to put effort into food then just make yourself a bar only. The other items were obviously premise freezer items. I never knew food could be this bad or made with so little care or regard for the customer. Not to mention the place looks filthy.
