Dave does an awesome job! There are so many eclectic things in his shop!If there's something you want to display, he can do it. Framing, matting, display boxes, shadow boxes, he can do it! he's actually done 2 separate pieces for me. I had a print that i wanted to get framed for awhile now, and so glad I brought it to Dave! I could have just found a big frame and hung it up, but it wouldn't look near as nice. He uses high quality stuff, nice thick and even UV resistant glass if you want, and actual wood frames, not the cheap plastic stuff you get at craft stores or Wal-Mart. And he uses all sorts of matting and colors. This is something I will easily be able to hand down in my family! And he's great at suggesting colors, and listening to what look you're going for.He also framed up my wedding invitation after my wedding! He matched the wedding colors in his framing and made it a beautiful keepsake from that day. Way better than just putting it in a scrapbook or tacking it up somewhere. And it matches perfectly with everything else in my room!If you're looking to display something, anything, this is the place for you. You will pay a little bit more, but you'll have something custom that will last. And he'll do canvas photos for you, too. I've seen medals, boy scout patches, photos diplomas with graduation hats and tassels, jerseys, even baseballs all framed up in his shop! Seriously, there's nothing that he can't do! And he'll work with you to get exactly what you want.

Wandering around the strip mall before hitting up Kroger's I saw the window displays for this shop and just had to go in! Sooooooo glad I did. You have an idea and David here can help you make it real. The shop has a lot of paintings in there to buy (but too pricey to me and not really my taste) if you didn't want to bring in something of your own.You can also bring in a picture - or pictures - on a jump drive and he can print them for you up to huge poster size. Not only can he do that, he can also do different textures and do one where that picture taken of you standing next to Goofy in Disney world will look like an oil painting!True, it's not as cheap as going to Kinko's but the quality is so much better - plus he will tinker with the photo (if you want him to) on his computer and kick it up another notch.I took in my under grad and grad diplomas plus tassels for him to frame. He showed me different framing and matting options; the end result was outstanding! Again, not cheap - but if you want something special to look special.....here you go!

David has a very poor attitude as well as terrible people skills & customer service. I've spent a lot of money here having many items framed. I shipped back an item, at my expense (I now reside out of state,) had framed by him to be fixed because the artwork dropped from original position while hanging on the wall. Called to find out when it would be shipped because they've had it for quite some time (months!!). Spoke to me w/obvious attitude & bent out of shape had to fix his own faulty work at his cost. Then had the nerve to hang up on me. Would give negative stars if possible. Would never patronize them again & recommend going to another framer rather than give business to someone w/such a poor, belligerent attitude that thinks it's acceptable to conduct themselves in such a manner. First class JERK!

I needed to get some framing done for my parents anniversary. The framer here was able to get it done in time for the party even though i got it to them late. It was even better than i expected! Very creative. Thanks guys! I'll be back.

I have had many needlework pieces framed with Dave. He is now the only person I trust with my finished pieces. After spending hundreds of hours stitching, it is worth it to have his excellent care, design, and construction protect them, knowing they will be safely preserved for generations to come. Comparing his frames to those I have gotten elsewhere, there is a remarkable difference in their quality and construction, and he has an excellent eye for what will turn a piece into a show stopper. He is very professional in presenting his opinions, especially if he thinks something different than what you picked would work better. I've gotten to the point that I just tell him I trust him to work his magic and he has never disappointed! I love that it is a truly family owned shop and that you will often get to meet Dave's wife and daughters too.

I recently had several pieces of artwork framed at Frame Makers in Powell, OH. This was the first time that I ve tried a local shop for framing, and wow am I glad I went to see Dave at Frame Makers. Dave was very helpful and he has a lot of unique pre made and custom frame options available. The price was terrific (better than half the price of what I would have paid for the same framing at Michaels or Hobby Lobby) and my order was ready in just a few days. I ll definitely be going back to Frame Makers when I have more art to frame.

Wow! I had a fantastic experience getting my artwork framed by Dave. The framing and matting were impeccable. Great selection. He very patiently took time to look at a lot of options with me. In the end the piece could not have looked better. I also bought glicée prints from him at a very reasonable price and they look terrific. And I'm REALLY picky! This place is my framing place.

Fantastic work in a timely manner! Very happy with the service and the results. Highly recommended.
