I had three pieces in total framed. All three came out great, I'll post the third piece separately.

Reasonable prices, exceptional work. Don't know why I have to say more, but the app requires it...

The last that I used this business, they didn't deliver on time (forgot to order the frame), couldn't deliver on the second promised date (frame on backorder but didn't bother to notify me), and didn't seem organized or concerned. I had to repeatedly push to get the work completed. Previous work for me was "relatively" timely. The quality of the finished product was fine. Customer service was noticeably lacking.

The name says it all. This place makes frames, and they're very decent ones at that. What I really loved about Frame Makers was that they respected my wishes to get the job done as cheaply as possible. I've been collecting silk-screened gig posters for about five years now, and it took me until about a year ago to realize that doing little else that taping them to my wall was not the best idea in maintaining their condition. Although I only paid between $10-$20 for each of them, they're pieces of art nonetheless, and should be treated as such. I managed to find generic poster frames for a few of them at Wal Mart (shameful, I know), but the majority of them came in odds and ends sizes that I was unable to find any rational solution for. Until I found this excellent Beechwold framing boutique, of course. Although the store is relatively small, it's got as much or more goods and framing options on display as the respective sections in places like Jo Ann Fabrics and Hobby Lobby do. Best of all, the prices here are pretty excellent. After searching high and low for an economic way to preserve my beloved poster art collection, the woman that I explained my idea of a bare bones frame that mostly involved matting board and sheet plastic gave me an estimate of around $25 per piece- hands down the best price I found in town. Not as cheap as I was thinking, but compared to the $125 Hobby Lobby wanted to charge for an unnecessarily rich frame made of wood and glass, this was music to my ears. I ended up having two pieces done, and they turned out incredibly well. I'm finally on the path of converting my overtly college-y room into a twenty-something bachelor's pad of sorts, framed prints and all. OK, that might be a stretch, but they sure do tie the room together nicely. Thank you, Frame Makers!

Took a small print here. They helped me pick out a nice wood for the frame, and an appropriate mat. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. It took a few days, but I was in no rush. Price, for what I got, is reasonable. The print looks great; can't wait to get it on the wall.

Fantastic! I was told about a number of different options and the woman who helped me was honest about flaws in the original work that might still show up framed--she offered to flatten it for me too! Framing here was a lot of fun and there are good options for everyone.

The lady that works in this shop was able to get a large canvas framed for me within a week. She was patient and helped me pick out the frame and matting after multiple stops in... I'm very indecisive. The frame turned out beautiful even though the wholesaler whose frame I chose was on back order. She knew I was in a time crunch and chose another frame that was just as beautiful and offered to change it out with my original when it came back in stock. Excellent customer service and quality.. Highly recommended. I will be back!
