Fox In the Snow Cafe

What I love about traveling is finding places like this. Not hard to find from downtown, and easy to find parking. I ordered a latte - home made vanilla syrup. Also ordered a croissant with everything seasoning (cream cheese center), as well as the well known cinnamon bun. Both are items I would order again - they were delicious! I wish I could've brought some home. Staff incredibly kind and patient too. Very cool coffee shop.

Take out only for my experience. WONDERFUL basal tomato mozzarella baguette sandwich. The space is so peaceful and I would love to come back one day to spend more time here. Such a gem!

My husband and I swung by this location on a Friday morning about 915am, after a Dr appt, to see what all the hype was about. We planned on sitting and enjoying some coffee and breakfast on a rare weekday morning together. First of all, the parking lot is small, tight, and does not connect around the building. So if there are no spots (there weren't) you basically have to back up the same way you came in. When we finally parked, we walked in and could not believe how crowded it was. The line was out the door and there were no open seats. We saw people hovering over others who were finishing up while other people in their party stood in line just to grab a seat. We weren't in the competitive mode to fight over a place to sit just to rub elbows with the people sitting next to us or have people in line standing over us, so we decided to get our items to go. I will say, the line moved fast and service was also fast after ordering. My husband and I ordered the mocha. He got a cinnamon roll and I got the egg sandwich. Once home, we did enjoy the coffee and food, but it definitely took away from the experience having to eat at home because the place was insanely packed on a Friday morning. I'm not sure I will return, because I cant imagine what the weekend mornings look like.

I was in town visiting Columbus and this spot had a lot of reviews. I love having a savory breakfast and I am a sucker for baked goods. They only had one hot breakfast sandwich which was disappointing, I was hoping to have a few hot sandwich options. Parking was easy to find when we got there, it is a small little spot. It seems it's a popular place for students to study or meet up. You order at the register and seating is first come, first serve. The back patio area is comfortable and lots of little birds like to lounge around. Pros: a good selection of baked goods and drinks. Their baked goods are a huge portion. Cons: I wasn't a fan of the cold ham sandwich. It wasn't anything special about it.

Wow... from the wait in line and being greeted by the most helpful fellow to the last delicious bite of the egg sandwich it was a 5 star experience. Even the other customers were so friendly and welcoming. We ordered 1 of almost every single pastry to take home. I have no doubt they will be just as good. The only critique I can offer is it would be awesome if the egg sandwich was offered with avocado in lieu of bacon for those of us that can't eat pork.

Egg sandwich was good, very buttery. Best iced matcha latte in Columbus (if you like sweet matchas). Good service and cute space with outdoor seating in the back. Gets very busy!

I recently visited Fox in the Snow for brunch with a friend, and while we were excited to try their famous souffléd egg sandwiches, they unfortunately weren't available that day. Despite the disappointment, the friendly and helpful staff, along with their impressive assortment of pastries, more than made up for it.We decided to sample a few pastries and settled on the Everything Bagel Danish, Blueberry Galette, and a Ham Baguette Sandwich. The Everything Bagel Danish was a standout--flaky, buttery layers topped with a generous schmear of cream cheese and flavorful "everything" seasoning. The Blueberry Galette was equally delicious, with a perfect balance of cream cheese and blueberries, and just the right amount of sweetness for brunch. However, the Ham Baguette Sandwich was underwhelming. It wasn't toasted, which left it as a simple combination of ham, cheese, and baguette--something I could easily recreate at home.The atmosphere at Fox in the Snow was bustling, even on a Monday morning. The space was packed with a mix of people catching up with friends and others working quietly on laptops. We managed to find seating overlooking the bakery workers, which turned out to be a highlight of the visit. Watching them prepare the pastries and sandwiches for the day added a unique charm to the experience.I'll definitely be back to explore more of their pastry offerings--and hopefully, next time, the egg sandwich will be available on the menu!

When we first arrived mid Saturday morning, we hesitated going in due to the long line outside the building. We were sure glad we decided to stay.The pastries are decadent, fresh, and delicious.My husband said it had the best dark roast coffee he found over our 4 day visit to Columbus.The vibe is very hip with a wide spectrum of clientele, including OU students, families, and old curmudgeons like us!

Amazing pastries! Can be a bit crowded on the weekends but for good reason for sure. We were seated pretty quickly so not an issue. They had breakfast sandwiches as well which looked great, thought we didn't get to try.
