24 hour entry is amazing. Weight setup and equipment/racks are very well maintained and varied as well. Lots of room to work out. Great staff.Will come back upon my return to Ohio.

Friendly and clean gym located in Northeast Columbus. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful to both clients and regular members, and the equipment is consistently upgraded and cleaned. Flexible monthly memberships and 24/7 access. A great fit for those new to working out, and serious lifters alike.

I was a little skeptical that the reviews for this place were fake since literally every one is 5 stars, but after joining the gym I can tell you it's legit! I really can't say enough about this facility and how great it is. It's truly a blessing to have a facility like this in my area. I could go on for days about how great it is, but here is just a small snippet.I am a powerlifter so I was looking for a gym with an appropriate amount of squat racks as well as proper equipment and this place does not disappoint!Here is a sample of some of the equipment they have-2 power racks-Rogue Monster Lite Monkey Rig 2.0 (has 3 places to squat)-2 Proper deadlift platforms-Rogue jerk blocks-Rogue Ohio Power Bar-Rogue Ohio Bar-Rogue 2.0 Bar-Rogue Bella bar (for females)-EliteFTS Multi Grip barThe owner, Ryan, is incredibly nice and could not be a better person to interact with on a daily basis! This gym is unlike most of the gyms you see because there is no dedicated staff. You simply have a key card that you scan to get in the doors whenever you want...yes...24/7 access!!Admittedly, starting a membership is not the easiest thing in the world, but it's nice because it keeps the gym from attracting people who don't actually want to go to workout. Simply call Ryan and set up a time to meet him at the gym and he will walk you around to show you the facility and get to know what type of training you enjoy. NOT ONCE did he try to force me to sign up for personal training which is something that can't be said about most gyms in the area.

I have been trying to reach out to this gym for almost 2 weeks in order to cancel my membership. I have sent emails, reached out via social media, called them twice, left a voicemail, and sent a text message with NO response. You must cancel your membership in writing 30 days in advance, which is what I'm trying to do, but I can't even get anyone on the phone (or on email) to get the process going. This is completely unprofessional and horrible business practice, as I have been a member of this gym for 3 years and I'm very shocked at their lack of response. I would NOT recommend them to anyone if you're looking for a gym in the Columbus Ohio area. It's so easy to reach them in order to sign up, but it's very coincidental that they're ghost when you'd like to cancel.

This is an awesome 24 hr gym with everything you could possibly need for a good workout. Friendly to powerlifters, CrossFitter, or just your everyday person. The gym is also kept very clean. The owner was extremely accommodating for guest coming from out of town. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in Columbus.

Fit One Four has everything you want in a local Gym. 24hrs, no fees/contracts, clean and rarely crowded. They offer experienced in-house coaches to help whatever goals you have. The equipment is mostly Rogue brand and is in great condition. They even have a reverse hyperextension machine (no more back pain)! Good discounts to various local establishments for gym members too.

Fit One Four is Columbus' premiere gym. Although it's in New Albany, it's worth the drive (and traffic) coming from Downtown. Ryan and his staff provide a top notch facility where you're never intimated, rushed, or judged upon. It's a first class establishment that cater to an a individual needs, desires, schedules. The equipment is well maintained and the place is never messy! Always plenty of parking as well, even on a "busy day" when it doesn't feel that packed! Highly suggesting everyone reading this take full advantage of this incredible establishment.

Came to Columbus for the Arnold this year and had an opportunity to get a lift in at Fit One Four on behalf of Ryan- the Owner, due to the situation of the fitness expo! Such an awesome guy. Extremely welcoming and personable. The gym is a 24/7 setup with key card access. He has a great setup of platforms and variety of weighted bars to cater for any of your goals. Full set of dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio, and multifunctional machines. The gym has a great vibe and is very well kept and clean. Definitely the gym to go to for a quick weekend trip and certainly for a full time membership if you live in the area!

My husband and I recently moved to the Columbus area from out of town. After visiting Fit One Four, we knew we would call this gym home. The minute we walked in the door, Ryan (the owner) and the members instantly made us feel like family. In addition to a great facility, well maintained and clean equipment, the community makes this gym stand out from all others. Ryan truly cares for his members and their health and wants the best for each person. Additionally, if you are looking for a trainer/coach, this is your gym.
