Bought this awesome sectional!

We purchased a Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress at this store in October 2018 and after having it delivered and trying it out for 2 weeks we found that the mattress wasn't exactly as comfortable as we thought it would be. We went into the store and told them of the problem. The salesman told us to give it more time that he has the exact same mattress and it took about a year for it to break in and be comfortable.In November we went back to purchase sheets and again we told them the mattress was still not comfortable. Again we were told to give it more time.December we went back again and said look the mattress is not comfortable and we were told again to wait several more months and that it would get better. So in April we went back again and said we purchased this in October and came in and complained it was not comfortable in October, November and December and we were told to wait to see if it got comfortable. Here it is in April and it's still not comfortable and the mattress feels like it's slanting down on the sides and the head area feels like it's slanting down towards the floor. The salesman said sorry but you were told you only had 90 days to report if the mattress was uncomfortable. We told him no they never told us about the 90 comfort warranty and we did tell them about the comfort problem back in October, November and December 2018. Well they said they would give us a few hundred dollars off any purchase for our trouble and we declined since that's not helping us with the purchase of a $2700 mattress.

My family moved here during the covid shortage and this place had inventory where most stores did not. We bought 3 pieces of furniture from them and they got delivered that week. We are very happy with our purchase. So happy we went back and bought a sleeper sofa today(It will be delivered in 2 days). Their sales force is super knowledgeable and helpful! They don't bother you and let you shop, while being available for you anytime. Thank you Larry, Ryan and the rest of the team for being kind and helpful. Its always nice to buy from a store that takes pride in what they sale and knows their product. I highly recommend Fine Home Furnishings and their prices are comparable if not better than all the big furniture stores. Check it out!

DO NOT purchase from Fine Home Furnishings and DO NOT purchase Smith Brothers of Berne. Spent $2800 on a custom sofa from a manufacturer that was supposed to be top of the line - hardwood frames, steel coil springs, and they "test" each of their fabrics for durability before putting it into production. 6 months and the fabric is FRAYING!!!! Provided pictures to Fine Home Furnishings "customer service" department who forwarded them to Smith Brothers of Berne. They denied the claim stating that fraying was to be expected!Matt Anderson

The best was to describe this store is early 2000's. From not only the color design, furniture selection, and sales attitude, this store seems to be lost in time. The selection was boring, extremely overpriced for the look and quality of the pieces. The 4 people who were working looked like they hated their job and were super unfriendly. I was there for about 30 minutes and not another person walked in. It's super obvious that this store does not get very much foot traffic. Honestly, save yourself the time and find another store as this one looks as though it will be closing soon. If the company is smart, they would revitalize the store and actually make it a welcoming place where people want to run to buy furniture, not run as far away from the store as possible.

This store was terrible paid $1200 for a couch with a sleeper and the "mattress " that came with it is terrible. It is like a 1985 nothing but springs mattress. Was prepared to furnish a new build house with this store but their unwillingness to upgrade mattress has made us change our minds!

I went shopping for a new couch & chair at this store on Sunday. We had already looked at several other furniture stores previously. I was so impressed with the salesman that assisted me. He asked me several questions about what I was looking for (comfort level, usage, etc.) before he took me to look at anything. Not one other store took the time and effort to assist me like he did. Needless to say, I walked out of the store with a new couch and chair ordered. I highly recommend this store. No pressure, just genuine concern to sell you exactly what you are looking for!!
