Fine Home Furnishings

My mom and I are couch shopping for her new condo and we've been all over Columbus/ Dublin trying to find something she likes. Paula was our sales associate and she was SO kind, SO knowledgeable but not overbearing. A lot of the stores we've been to have had sales associates that are literally like vultures, but Paula was kind and helped show us furniture that was similar to one's my mom was pointing out! Their prices are pretty reasonable for the customization they offer, and they have a gorgeous 2 story show room with lots of options

Very disappointing. We bought more than $6000 worth of furniture including $1000 ottoman. We were told to pick our fabric and it would be custom-made and it could take up to four months. Because it was not going to be ready at the same time as the other furniture they would've charged us a second $150 delivery fee so we decided to pick up the ottoman ourselves. After eight weeks it was ready and we made the one hour round-trip to pick it up. It was wrapped in bubble wrap. When we got it home and unwrapped it it was completely the wrong color. We ordered dark blue and it was light gray. I spoke to the store manager who offered us no discount Other than to deliver the next one to us without paying the $150 but we would be waiting another 2 to 4 months for the piece of furniture that we ordered. I'm not sure how it's "making it right" for us to wait an extra 2 to 4 months for a piece of furniture because of a mistake that was made between them and the manufacturer. We have several more rooms to purchase furniture for and it certainly will not be from find home furnishings. If they had discounted this piece of furniture by whatever their margin is they would have kept a customer.

Great info from the owners. They guided me through the process of choosing what would fit in my home. We actually found tables that will work beautifully .

Affordable good looking furniture. You will be able to find all lot of different variety in store. I highly recommend it

I couldn't be happier with the sales service and furniture quality I received. Marcia really listened to me to understand what I envisioned and was invaluable at helping to come up with the perfect aesthetic for both my living room and office. The two couches I purchased exceed my expectations for quality and appearance. One was available immediately, the other was delivered right on time. I anticipate that they will both look & feel good for a long, long time. I'd also like to acknowledge that the delivery staff was flawless both times. Be very aware when you decide to purchase anything from the Fine Home Furnishings. They do not inform you when making the sale that you CANNOT return anything back for whatever reason. They are not transparent about their return policy and will not even work you. I purchased a chair that ended up being too large for my living room. They did not call me back to tell me that they would not take it back and I had to call them again as to the answer. They did not even offer options such as exchanging it for something else or offering a store credit for something else. This is to their disadvantage as I am furnishing my home and i am in need of a dining room set and spare bedroom furnishings.
