The loud ass neighbors

Hi I'm currently living at 548 Crimsonrose run. I am actually moving out this month. I personally would not live here. 1. Thin walls, 2. They are not allowing guests to the pool, 3. Regarding noise complaints they do not handle it you will have to deal with it on your own. I've called the police 3x, sent numerous emails to the office, spoke with them in person. They have to come out to "witness" the noise in order for you to let them know the neighbors are being loud. My neighbor who lives at 546 is VERY LOUD they have 4 kids + a baby and a verbally abusive husband. They play music very loud they slam the doors. I can literally hear everything. When I think of home I want peace and quiet. I understand townhomes is not a house but still paying $1300 a month. I want quiet! I don't want to hear your baby screaming 30-1hr. I don't want to hear you dropping things in the shower or going to pee. Weird thing is I barely hear my neighbors to the left and they have two dogs. I have a dog too my dog is way more quiet than the ppl on my right they're kids are loud and disrespectful towards they're parents. Trust me I heard they're whole life.

This property has lots of amenities but we can't live in movie theater room or fitness room, so why so many rent increases???? The staff is friendly. Rent gouging is serious here!!!! I went from paying $1300 for 2 years to paying $1410 last year ($110 increase) and my new lease offer is $1600/mo for year ($190 increase). The other option is to live month to month for $1700. Everyone here has exact same townhome, but obviously we're all paying different rent and their website ad says $1500 monthly. I know Ohio is one of the states that doesn't have a cap on rent increases. When ones a tenant for 2 years one might feel secure. But, $300 total rate increase feels like forcing one off property. Furthermore, where's the security for the Renter??? There isn't any. Please don't wait for lease renewal. Contact property 2-3 months in advance to lease expiring so you can search elsewhere if the rate increases above your means.
