Fat Cat Pizza

This is hands down my favorite pizza I've ever had anywhere on God's green earth. In Lancaster Ohio. Weird. The sauce is sweet and so it's probably not for everyone, but ohh man do I love it. It's such a unique flavor, I've never found anything similar. The dough is perfect for the sweet sauce and has gentle bubbles throughout so if you accidentally pull off all your toppings, you're left with a doughy, sweet, chewy, delicious... sorry stared to drool. Yeah so Lancaster, you got that going for you. Best pizza anywhere.

I live in San Diego now, but was born and raised in Lancaster. It was a kind of a tradition for my family to sit down on Sunday nights and eat a Fat Cat's pizza while watching a movie. And with all of the pizza joints I've been to, nothing can compare to a Fat Cat's pizza. They are definitely one of a kind!They are very generous with the sauce, and always the perfect amount of cheese and a good proportion of pepperoni. I've never had a Fat Cat pizza that I was disappointed with. They have expanded their store locations since I was a child, making delivery available pretty much everywhere in Lancaster. The salads and subs are also excellent.I only visit home about once a year now, but whenever I do, I never leave without having some of my favorite pizza of all time.

Fat Cat Pizza offers a pizza on the sweeter side of things. There is no bite whatsoever to the sauce and it isn't herbed up to give it that earthy flavor. It's a thin-crust pizza that is moist and coated with a hefty portion of their sweet sauce, which I'm actually a pretty big fan of. My one complaint is that they slip use those large, thin deli-sliced pepperonis and slip them under the cheese, which as you know can result in pulling all the toppings off in a single bite. This is forgivable though because even when it happens, a toppingless piece of their pizza is still a good crust cover in their awesome sauce, so you can't really lose.Yesterday I tried their garlic sticks for the first time and I'm wondering why I didn't try them sooner. They are HUGE, extremely fluffy and they are served with that delicious sauce of theirs. I haven't tried any of the other non-chain restaurants in Lancaster so I can't compare them to their local competitors, but I can say that I'm a big fan of the place and it's well worth the half-hour drive from where I live for a Fat Cat pizza from time to time.

Owner is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. I can't even comment on the food because we left before we even ordered.

We were treated poorly! We sat at a table for about 5 minutes waiting to be served. Then, another group came in. Mind you, there was only a small family currently eating in the entire place. Then a group of 5 came in. The waitress got them menus, plates, silverware and was ready to take their order. We were still sitting at our table waiting for menus! There was only 3 of us! We walked out very disappointed because we love their pizza, but we won't be treated that way!

First time! Gonna make me into a fat cat! First time I went here this past weekend, and I gotta say it was pretty good for a local pizza joint. I ordered wings as an appetizer (BBQ) and a large pizza to share with the family. Wings were actually pretty delicious - and so was the pizza! The sausage on the pizza was kind of meh, but everything else was pretty tasty. I have to comment on the decor: It looked like the Hobby Lobby signs section was thrown up all over the walls. I get it - it is a small town pizza place that needs to have decorum on the walls. Besides the signs, the pizza was good. Our waitress was very nice and helpful!I give this 4/5 stars.

You changed the sauce and skimped on the cheese .it's usually the best I've ever had but Wednesday night was not good..lacking and changing..stick with the great pizza it usually is. I'll try again but too pricy if you change the sauce and cheese..the service the past three times was bad ..we talked four people from cards into going..they waited forty five minutes for food and fifteen to order because everyone was socializing.. please don't change the pizza again..

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 Italian subs. Pizzas were maybe the worst pizzas I've ever got in Lancaster. They were barely sliced, seemed like they were sitting for a while and just a different taste what I've had in the past from there. Subs had brown lettuce on them which instantly made me nearly vomit. Won't be going back anytime soon.

we went on a Thursday night. they had 2 servers on and a full restaurant. service was extremely slow. took over 20 minutes to get an appetizer. the pizza was cold.

I'm less than a mile from this store but they don't think I know where I live. Sent my order to the other store, order was late and cold. When calling (the next day, it was so late their stores had closed) the owner never apologized and stated we're not getting anything free. Will not and have not ordered since then, owner is a pompous ass!
