Fancy Feeding You

Got the Cuban and some fries and my friend got the burger. All of the above were SO DELICIOUS. A perfect lunchtime pick-me-up. Both the workers were incredibly nice and the service was quick. I'm so full but I already want more. Picture is of half(!) of the Cuban sandwich. I asked for ranch rather than the Dijon mayo and they kindly accommodated!

We came across Fancy Feeding You at an event. They had a nice menu of delicious sounding sandwiches, salads, and sides including potato wedges, street corn, and jalapeno poppers. It was a tough choice, but we ended up getting one of the special burgers, which came with sauteed onions and peppers, spinach, American cheese, and aioli, along with a side of the potato wedges. It was a nice big meal, perfect for sharing tastes. It was a big juicy burger, perfectly cooked, with a great combo of toppings. The wedges were perfectly cooked with a great texture and flavor - really nice seasoning on the outside. It came with both ketchup packets and a little cup of white sauce for dipping. The friendly staff person also included a free bottle of water, which was very thoughtful on a hot evening! We would love to try some more dishes in the future!

Their food truck was outside of my workplace this week and impressed all of my coworkers and I! I love that they have a veggie burger and a great handmade one at that! Vegetarians thank you!I had coworkers that had the Cuban and the chicken sandwich and we were all just raving about it. We also each had a different side with the group I ate with- Buffalo cauliflower, bit spicy and not deep fried as expected, but good, jalapeño poppers- small portion but tasty and spicy as expected, and French fries- good!The two guys running the place impressed me considering the amount of business they had! Very professional, faster than expected, and produced a good product.Hope they return soon!
