It's been a long time since I've been to this fair. I grew up here. Me & my mom had such a great time!!! So many arts & crafts projects to see, all kinds of animals, lots of games & prizes, and tons of delicious fair food. We had an absolute blast!!!! Tickets are super cheap, only $10 and that includes parking. A really great day!!! All the people working the fair were very pleasant. Very nostalgic and such great memories of my childhood.

The round barn summer fair is one of our favorites purely based on the quality of vendors. There were so many this year and they all had interesting things they were selling. We particularly loved all of the fresh flowers this year and we ended up purchasing quite a few. the parking is a bit tricky in this location but you can normally find a good spot on the side streets near the entrance of the grounds. Next time we visit we most likely won't be purchasing the $5 tickets ahead of time since there was a pretty substantial line where as the pay to get in line had literally no one in it. Lesson learned for us! Make sure you check out their food trucks at the edge of the festival - the noodles were amazing as were their mini donuts! Huzzah!

I look forward to the fair every year. This year the weather is perfect and the fair is packed. It's free parking and $5 at the door for anyone over six. The ride wristbands are $14-$15 for all day, and since most rides take 3 tickets a piece, the wristbands pay for themselves quickly. My daughter is almost three-years-old and we each got a wristband. The kiddie rides are plentiful and we rode a total of 22 times each (fun bus, fun house, big slide, carousel, etc.). The people running the rides and midway are super nice. Prices are typical for a fair setting...$5 for most food, $3 for a small drink, etc. There are lots of vendors selling various goods and services, and most offer a "fair" discount. The variety offered ever year is awesome. The animals are also a lot of fun to see. They all seem well taken care of and their owners are proud of their work. We love looking at the goats, horses, cows, sheep, pigs, bunnies, etc.

The Fairfield County Fair is the perfect thing to do on a fall day. It's the last fair of the year in Ohio. My ticket was purchased by my employer however tickets are inexpensive and parking is free. There is a free day and a kids get in free day. There's lots of food options and games for the kids. There are a few building to walk through where you can get a free pen from a local business or purchase from one of the many vendors. Lots to watch from horse races to the typical animal fair.
