Infested with cockroaches and ants. Sally the woman who was working front desk wouldn't give me a return on my money for two night and the 50.00 dollar depost.

This place will straight up rip you off. You call they give one price, you can book online for a cheaper price. But then when you get there they want an outrageous amount. It looks super run down to be charging the price of a nice hotel.

My wife booked through hotels.com a room for myself, my son and his buddy. We were in town from Knoxville to attend a music festival. She only chose this place because most everything within 200 miles sold out. She thought that she had booked a double queen for 79 a night. Initially, Sally at the counter, informed us she did not have our names in the system. After politely acknowledging that things happen we called my wife who assured us this was the place. The manager came in and said he gave up our room because our card was declined. I asked if that was the case, why were we not notified? Previously, sally informed us there were no rooms available. But the manager said he had a single king in a room with a hot tub. The plumbing does not work on the tub which is apparently why they did not rent it. He stated normally the room rents for 150 a night but because of this situation, I'll rent to you for 180 plus 50 dollar deposit. What!!? I was between a rock and a hard place, we agreed to take this sure thing, so I agreed. I Stated that we may stay 2 nights if we can't find anything else. He took us to the room. It smelled like sewage and mold. The kids couldn't even go in. Wd debated and opted to go to Walmart for a can of Lysol and wipes. I thoroughly sprayed and wiped down every inch of that disgusting room. It smelled a lot better. We went to bed and the next morning agreed we could not stay in there another night. Better to drive 6 hours after the concert or sleep in the truck if we can't find a room. We left the key on the table and left. I saw sally pulling in as we pulled out and waved. We were billed 250 for the first night then 208 for the second night. Wd did not stay a second night . We were not refunded tbe 50 dollars. My wife called while I was at work and the manager did not budge with her stating I said we were staying two nights. In fact, I offered to pay the two nights but sally said I can only pay one night and if we stay two, I can pay at that time. So I called and asked about it. The manager said he would take care of it. I said, you will credit me the second night? He said, yes, yes, I will take care of it. It remains s to be seen but I would strongly recommend you stay away from this place. I can still taste it and feel nauseous thinking about it. After a 6 hour drive, the last thing you want is to be overcharged for, without a doubt, the worst room I have ever had tbe misfortune of staying in.Update: manager called me. Assured me we will not pay for second day. Apologize d for smell, explained plumbing issue further, just seemed like he cared to resolve the issue. We will keep an eye on the credits. I really do appreciate him reaching out.

I was scammed. Ask for the cheapest room and its way more expensive than what everything says online.

Another person that was ripped off. I made a reservation online through Priceline. Show up, they say they aren't showing a reservation, but I can get a room as a walk in. Fine. I'm tired and just want a room to go to sleep. (They probably do this to everyone). So it's $80, plus a $50 "deposit". Room stinks of body odor. Leave early the next morning...... 2 days later, I get an email, saying I have an unpaid reservation. About 20 minutes later, I get an alert that my card was charged another $80. I call the hotel, the clerk says that the owners are in South America, and there is nobody that can resolve the charges. So the clerk likely lied about not having the reservation, so that I would pay there with a card, then they could charge against the reservation after I had left. This place is right next to 2 truck stops, so the location is good if you are driving a day cab truck. But pay in cash, and don't make a reservation with them online.
