We did a work team building event at this location. There were 24 of us and we had 3 rooms, where we started the escape room experience at the same time. This was such fun experience! The staff there were super nice and accommodated our needs. They were very helpful organizing this event for such a big group. There are several rooms to choose from. The rooms are clean, the props were realistic and the games were planned out well. The only thing is that all the rooms were pretty dark. You were not allowed to turn on the lights. They give you flash lights, but we were a group of 8 per room and we received 3 flash lights. Therefore, it was a little hard to see and figure our where to go for clues.Overall, it was a fun experience.

Great location with a huge parking lot (located in a Strip mall area).A group of 3 of us did the cat burglar (easy level) and it was much fun!!!!Mae helped us out with clues when we needed it and despite being easy level, we still felt very challenged and loved the creative ways clues were given.

Just to start, we have played several escape rooms in the past (at other places) and we were able to solve the room with minimal help. We brought someone with us that has never done one and we were really talking up how much fun they are. That being said, we were not able to solve the Protocol Zero Room.Because? The room is TOO DARK! Can't see anything. Can't tell colors, shapes, can't see letters and numbers. Can't find anything. Sure, they give you a flashlight. ONE. We had only 3 people (2 of which are over 50) and we simply could not see. One person had the flashlight and the other 2 were rendered useless. The details are good (from what I could tell) and there are a few jump scares but it's so dark that something would fall on our arm (for example) and we had no idea what it was. We would find some switch that indicated turning on power or lights but it was minimal. I could understand if the room is dark until you find a switch that lights up the entire room, but that never happened. We had to ask for clues over and over. Finally, the game ended after 60 minutes and the employee came in and told us we were close but missed the last few things. We complained that it's too dark and only one flashlight is not enough, and she said oh well you could of asked for more flashlights. What??? How would we know that? Why not put several in the room when it begins or offer that before we start? It was a waste of money and just a bad experience for all. I doubt the person that was in there for their first time would ever want to do another one.

Having received a gift certificate from Escape Artists for Christmas, my wife and I decided to give it a try one Saturday evening. We had done many escape rooms all over the country, so we looked forward to a new challenge in a new place. And a challenge it was! The darkness of the room was one challenge since we had to use flashlights to find clues, and deciphering that various clues to unlock boxes and advance into the second room was quite difficult. It was a really well-organized escape room, and we had a great time doing it. We barely escaped, though, with only 15 seconds left when we got the door open.Pros: it's really fun!Cons: If you do have vision issues, be aware that the Cat Burglar room is pretty dark. The other rooms there might be lighter -- I have no idea. Also realize that, if you find the clues to open the passage into the second room, you will have to stoop down pretty far or crawl through into the next room. If you have mobility issues, back pain, etc., you might want to reconsider. If you like escape rooms, especially ones that are dark and creepy, give Escape Artists a try. I'd like to try their other rooms sometime.

It was too dark. If it's too dark to read or see colors, it becomes an issue (trying not to ruin the experience here by going in to more detail). The pricing was a bit high, maybe they send out discounts somewhere. Had to use clues because we couldn't see/read some clues that were supposed to be right in front of us.

My party of 2 tried out Escape Artists and it was pretty fun. We are escape room game enthusiasts and have completed 10 escape rooms in the past 3 years (none in 2020 due to Covid). While not the best escape room business I've ever been to, this one ranked pretty close to the top. Pros:-Well thought out games-Realistic props-Clean and in good condition-Friendly staff-Prompt & on time-Realistic feels throughout the entire gameCons:-Room was way too dark. -Both members of my party had trouble seeing because it was too dark. After playing for 20 minutes and not finding a clue the attendant brought in a flashlight because neither one of us could see the literal writing right in front of us. The flashlight made it better, but it was still very difficult to see. This really detracted from the experience. We even asked them to turn up the lights since it was just the 2 of us, but that was a firm no. The second room of the game was somewhat brighter and a bit easier to see but we wasted 45 minutes in the too-dark room. -Serious accessibility issues. If you have problems with your vision or mobility, look elsewhere. I kept tripping over a rug and a chair in the first room, and tripped on a transition from room 1 into room 2. Not wheelchair or cane friendly at all. This was the first escape room game we failed to complete within 60 minutes. I truly feel that was due to the not being able to see issue, which is why I only gave the company 4 stars. Overall, this was fun. I asked if the other escape games were in similarly dark rooms and was told yes. That was the only reason we did not stay and complete another room. Had there been adequate lighting, we would have done the other rooms, too.

Gamemaster was not helpful in finding clues, the room was not like most we have been to and there were no obvious clues to even start with an dthe video they played at the beginning was of no help whatsoever. We asked the gentleman at the end of the game to atleast explain the story and he declined to do so. It made zero sense. He also offered to take a photo, which was terrible quality, but wante dto use our own personal cell phone. Very low budget place for the price they charge! Will not be returing.

Private room, staff was attetnive and courteous, rules were easy to understand and plenty of clues were provided. We did not escape but look forward for another attempt.

Jade was great! We succumbed to the difficulty of their hardest room: rest easy motel. It's been a long time since the fam failed a room.
