Home decor and accessories!

Much bigger than the other location, which is good and bad. It loses some of that sense of "cool little neighborhood shop" and becomes more "generic mall home decor store." But, it's more interesting than your standard home decor place. And the cool stuff is there, just, well, spread out, and mixed with lots of furniture. They have the local stuff, the smartass sayings on towels, etc. And they have interesting items for your house. I was looking for a lamp, and didn't find what I want, but they had dozens of cool ones. Plus, lots of things to give me ideas for how to arrange rooms someday, maybe when we don't have to worry about Baby K spilling stuff...A couple of people came up to help me, which was nice, and they had good suggestions. Prices seem okay; a bit high, but then, it's Easton, and it's interesting stuff.

As a brand, Elm & Iron is great, but this location is not. I've shopped at each of Elm & Iron's locations in Columbus and Cincinnati and this location is not up to par. As someone who has bought a lot from Elm & Iron, this location makes me disappointed to have spent any money with them, as I'd rather support another local business that creates a kind and welcoming atmosphere to shop. Elm & Iron always has a great selection with some neat (though often pricey) pieces. Usually, the staff are friendly and helpful. At this location, that is not the case. Staff ignore customers and are quite rude. If this was the first location of Elm & Iron I went to, I'd be quite turned off by the brand and unlikely to stop by their other stores. If you want to shop at Elm & Iron, go to Clintonville or the Cincinnati shops, if in the area. Can't recommend the Easton shop.

Favorite store in Columbus for unique home decor finds that are reasonably priced and good quality.

Erica and I have visited Elm & Iron locations multiple times since we moved to Columbus. We purchased a dining table and chairs a few months ago. This week, one of the legs broke on a chair. E&I went above and beyond to replace it without question. The service was great. They even provided a small gift for the hassle of having to come to the store to pick up a new one.

My husband and I stumbled upon Elm & Iron while visiting Columbus a couple months ago. What a great find! Elm & Iron is electric, rustic, modern, retro and vintage and is to home stores what Anthropologie is to women's fashion. I was in love! We wandered around the store for some time and were tempted to buy a number of things. Unfortunately, the price points were pretty steep, which was the reason I left with only one small item and also the reason that I give Elm & Iron only 4 stars.

I love the Clintonville location. I walked this location in its entirety- twice- before anyone asked if I was alright or needed anything. There was one other customer in the store. Disappointing.

I totallyoved this place. So much cool and unique stuff. Things from vintage to retro to industrial to steampunk . Fun atmosphere and funky vibe with lots of eye candy. Easily spent 45 minutes browsing and will definitely be back. This is a must see shop if you're visiting Easton.

Lovely store and decor. However, no customer service! I came across roughly $500 in items I was looking to purchase, but no one to assist me. With a husband and two small kids in the car, I decided to leave. I will not return.

I've shopped Elm & Iron Easton many times and always enjoyed a unique experience. However, I was very disappointed with my visit today and will not be returning. My son gave me a pillow for Christmas and, unfortunately, it was a duplicate of one I already owned. I did not wish to return the pillow, just wanted to exchange it for something else of like value or receive a store credit for a future purchase. (This was not a "sale" item or a seasonal item. It was a pillow they always carry.) To my surprise, I learned that "all sales are final". Therefore, buyer beware....make sure you're buying Exactly what you want because you will not be able to exchange it or receive a store credit.

First off, I want to say thank you to Elm & Iron for making a wrong right. As stated in my last review, I ended up with a sofa that had defected sofa legs. I was disappointed nothing could be done other than a small refund. Several months later Elm& Iron called to say they spoke with the manufacture and were able to get me new legs for my sofa. I realize they did not have to do this because it was not their fault the legs had a defect. I appreciate them doing this on their own accord. To say I am happy is an understatement. Now I can enjoy my tufted blue sofa. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.
