Elm & Iron

Love the decor. A mix of mostly new/looks vintage with some actual vintage (apparently the giant moose head at the Easton location came from an old Abercrombie store) items. I just purchased a cabinet from them. Cheap, no, but comparable in price to similar items, including from the online sites that don't allow you to touch the item before purchasing. It was exactly what I needed for the space, so splurged a bit. I had a relative meet the delivery team 6 weeks later, and one door on the cabinet wasn't sliding perfectly. He worked on it 30 minutes but ultimately could not get it to be up to the standard of the model in the store. Within one week, they had a replacement delivered. They were very communicative about delivery times and gave a 1 hour window so we didn't spend half a day waiting around.I agree with some other reviewers that the in-store staff aren't overly warm, but I have always been welcomed with a hello and they were more than helpful when I have asked for assistance. I honestly prefer this shopping experience. Most times, I just want to browse on my own and not interact with staff beyond hello/good-bye.

The only bad part about shopping at Elm & Iron is that I wanted to take home everything in the store! I loved the style of the furniture and home decor here - modern, stylish, and unique. Staff was very helpful and there is a range of price points for all budgets. I am looking forward to visiting their (larger) Easton location as well.

Functional and modern meet at Elm and Iron. A very cool, hip store with many items from furniture to candles to lamps. Good quality items at various prices

I'd seen this a million times, but hey, I'm not into home decor, so I passed on by.But wow. I popped in, expecting to look around and leave. But they have a ton of cool stuff. There's a furniture sale this week, but we don't really need any. Still, some nice pieces. And lots of interesting home decorating ideas. There's a definite love for dogs and Ohio, and smartass humor, all of which I appreciated. The items are arranged beautifully, and the staff are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Ended up with a few small things. Prices can be high for the bigger stuff, but there are plenty of things at very reasonable prices too. I'll be back. I'm surprised I didn't spend more there. With Christmas coming up, and other occasions, I can find lots of gifts here, and some things for our house.

We LOVE Elm & Iron! We're located in Cincinnati and have been shopping with Elm & Iron for years. Unfortunately those locations closed so we have been ordering online since. We always have the best experience when shopping with Elm & Iron. The quality of their furniture is amazing, not to mention the unique pieces you find. There isn't a visit to our house where someone compliments something from Elm & Iron in our house. Now shopping online we have had the option to pickup at their warehouse, which we have and were lucky to shop while there. Also, they will deliver and setup at a small fee, which we have also had and very pleased. Elm & Iron is a must shop!

What a great place to find gifts and what will become, your personal faves! The store is very inviting and has items that are non-original, exciting and timeless. The staff is helpful and always shows interest in your needs with a smile! I personally want to thank Emily for all of her help this holiday season! I will always be a customer!!!

Neat things but overpriced. Dude staff. They have a superior attitude.Word of advice, best to keep business and politics separate. I was insulted to see items obviously praising a certain presidential candidate but making fun of the other. That's in poor taste and bad business practice. Will never go back. Can find better thongs at TJMaxx and staff are friendly there.

Kind of comes across as a hipster Restoration Hardware...Some nice pieces, but they are mixed in with obvious Asian repro pieces, so you have to kind of hunt and educate yourself to make sure you get a good value. As a result, some of the prices were surprisingly low for how they are intended to be viewed and other pieces seem a bit overpriced.The shop draws you in as you drive by on the street. They have a good assortment and they really know how to stage the items to tell stories and encourages you to wander through the entire store.I'd go here every once in a while, mainly for ideas and in the hopes of finding that one authentic, vintage piece that is reasonably priced.

I love the Michelle leather chairs that I got at Elm & Iron. Customer service at Easton is top notch! Jake and team are enjoyable and they worked with me without hesitation to get my order just right. Thanos!

We loved coming in here, and are looking forward to going to the Easton location and warehouse next time we're in town visiting family. Unlike some reviewers, I despise being pestered when shopping. I don't need someone to hi to me or greet me - it's not the reason I'm there and they're not there to wait on me; it's not a restaurant. I was greeted, was helped when I asked a question about availability and everyone was nice at checkout. That's plenty for me.I also disagree that this is overpriced. I've shopped at stores with a similar feel in many big cities and I was actually so pleased with the prices here.No, not everything is unique nor is it vintage, and I doubt that it's meant to be. It's cozy and I love the style and variety. Looking forward to spending more money here!
