I had a fresh ham cured and smoked. It was not expensive at all and it was fantastic!!!

Really like the spicy sausage sticks! Very pleased with the deer processing as well!

The owner is very rude I will not go back plenty of other butchers.I ordered a quarter of beef. When I arrived to pick it up Edward's could not give me a price on the beef that I ordered months ago then talked to me like I was an idiot for not know the price of the beef he was selling me.

Edwards' Meats has processed deer for me each year for the past 10 years. They have always been prompt, responsive, and a good value. This year was great as well. Of particular note is the 24-hour Cool Room which allows a deer to be dropped off at any time.
