This place is terrible. Please do not waste your time. This is really one of those "you get what you pay for situations". Don't let the cheap prices get you. The maintenance is horrible they don't know what they are doing. The office will tell you they are sending someone out to fix your problems next thing you know your on the third month with NO air. I am 6 months pregnant and have two young kids. We are melting in our own home and no matter how many times I call they don't come. They simply don't care. Please stay away.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but I wanted to put my feedback in. This place is absolutely awful. I was supposed to move in in early November 2016, they kept giving excuses as to why I couldn't move in until later. They told me they were replacing appliances due to damage from prior tenant. They also said they were replacing the carpets because the prior tenant lived there for decade. I get a call thanksgiving eve morning telling me my apartment was ready and I needed to come sign the lease before they closed, and they closed early bc of the holiday. I went to sign the lease but requested to look at apartment before signing anything. I went to look at apartment and it looked like someone still lived there. Clothes in closet, items in freezer, items in a cabinet in kitchen and carpets were tore, worn and dirty. They informed me it would all be taken care of before I moved in. Got something from the leasing agent who was helping me in writing. Come move in day they had more excuses. The carpets were dirty. Paid to have them cleaned several times. The prior people had cats and let them pee in the closet of my kids room, stains all over in the carpet. I went an entire summer with no air. There was something wrong with my water in the downstairs toilet and continued to run. I put in several work orders and they would come out and tell me nothing was wrong. The water is included in the rent and I got my bill and my water for the month was over $600 dollars. I had to call the water company and file a complaint to get it fixed. The people in rental office are unprofessional and do not care about anything other than getting their rent money. They don't want to fix anything but if you are a day late on rent you will have an eviction notice on your door. The pool is dirty and unkept. My front door lock was broke and they refused to fix it, I couldn't deadbolt my door At night. I changed it myself and they charged me bc I did it. I ended up breaking my lease and leaving I couldn't take it anymore. You definitely get what you pay for here.

I am an EXTREMELY upset tenant at eden at Caleb's crossing. Im supposed to be living in what's "quoted" an upgraded apt. I would have to disagree. It's very tacky and their definition of "upgraded" is paint on paint and vacuumed over decade old carpets ... there is an permanent wet dog Odor coming from the carpets that never seems to go away! I have had carpet cleaning come out to clean them... there was so much black filth in the carpets... and still is! Not to mention... My AC has been OUT going on TWO months since I put in a work order.. there has been anything but an urgency to even care to get it fixed! But as always an urgency for me to pay rent. I have a child that is sweating bullets and complaining (not really complaining because it's true) about how hot it is. Do you know how that makes you feel as a parent! I have to stay with family members just so we don't have a heat stroke! That's NOT right nor okay!!!!!! The AC is an amenity of this apt.. had it said in the apt flyer that the ac is subject to never work.. I would've never moved to these raggedy apts!! This is very unacceptable and I will be reporting this! I wish I would've researched these apts more but due to my lack of knowledge about Columbus Ohio I am getting exactly what I signed up for.. trash!! From the poor management and even more poor apts!

at least you have a roof over your head is all you're going to be thinking moving here.... they really suck when it comes to giving you notices ( they either don't come, or reschedule at the last minute). then i randomly started seeing roaches as it has gotten cold it's taken them two weeks and still has not came out to spray, they keep rescheduling like wth! These apartments are old af ... mostly dusty I asked them to come fix my drywall - they asked me to take pictures of it.. (mind you they gave me an unfinished apartment) and then paid my rent for a month... smh. I can't wait to move

They are very careless here. I have been here for 2 years now and looking to move. Not that I want to but I feel tookeN advantage of. They go up on your rent every year and don't fix anything. I have a 3 year old daughter and there is a big stain that appeared on my ceiling from sometime last year when there was a lot of rain & caused water damage on my ceiling . I was out of town when they finally showed up to repair it & be in mind this was at least a month after I filed the complaint in the first place maybe longer & when I came home I looked up to see NOTHING was fixed they just painted over the stain. And now the ceiling is cracking in that spot . The fucking ceiling is rotting the wood is rotting I have carpenter bees every year living in the wood on the outside of my apt. On the steps. On my balcony. Not to mention.when they painted over the stain they got paint on my daughters been bag chair and all over my glass table. They are completely careless and they need to upgrade these apartment or start taking better care of your tenants who faithfully pay their rent everyMonth don't keep charging people more money each year when you don't even keep up with the maintenance of these places . I'm probably going to be putting in a court order about this situation .

Im a new tenant been there for only 2 months and they have already showed they true colors. I call for maintenance in regards to my air conditioner 6x times and was told that it had to be over 83 degrees to fix it. Okay now over 83 degrees and now it's another excuse. I was also told they're no corporate office only a manager and she still not able to get the job done. Please at this time tell me how I can get out this lease. Truly unhappy. I have racoons at my front door several times and was told they couldn't do anything. Do you want to be greeted by a racoons when u open ur door. I need to know speak to someone higher up immediately truly unsatisfied with there service already. No I'm not looking for a response but a resolution

went online and filled out an application and paid my $149 deposit without seeing it cause of the Caronavirsus, they changed their policy so I was approved and went yesterday to view and sign, mind you these apartments are $1000. It was nasty and already had maintenance issues no running water in the tub and shower and tub was dirty with years of use, the dirt was impeded in the paint and the window was broke and they couldn't fix it until caronavirsus is over. HAHAHA anyway I refuse the apartment cause if they thought that was move in ready then I did not want to live there. I was told that I could not get my deposit back because I was approved, I was the one who didn't take the apartment. I am beyond pissed. Im writing BBB and I was told there is no corporate number.

The management is extremely seedy. As soon as I got my unit I realized it was infested with bed bugs! Some of them were coming out from little hole in the closet, so obviously they're inside the walls too! The management wouldn't do anything at all! Wouldn't send out a exterminator, wouldn't give me a refund & let me break my lease. I emailed the director about the problem and she didn't even respond!! They did absolutely nothing to help me with this infestation. An infestation that was cleary there way before I got the place. I had to take them to court cause of this ridiculous situation. Also, the maintenance people will enter your unit without permission..

I wasn't a lucky one, I just moved in and I was given an apartment infested with roaches. I'm supposed to be in an upgraded apartment and it's nothing upgraded about it to be honest.They sound like they are tired of me calling but I need answers and I shouldn't have been given an apartment in that shape like that. I asked to be moved to another unit and was told no because they can't prove that I didn't bring them with me but my last landlord could definitely verify that I've never had any type of pest. We have to put our last place we lived on the application when we move anyways so why couldn't you call them?! I'm tired of the disrespect. This disgusting apartment complex. Take accountability. You did me dirty with this nasty ass apartment. I'm going to call the city and use my resources because they can't seem to handle the situation in the right way. I've sent email after email after email. Who's running this place? I definitely don't recommend. I've never had to get out of character like this before. I keep trying and trying with this company. It's beyond frustrating. This is the first time I've EVER been given a place so trifling. Like come on and of course nobody cares because they don't have to live here! I'm drained from all this. Extra money I have to spend on account of someone else. No piece of mind, not a place I can call home. I don't deserve this. I'm not a bad tenant and nobody understands my frustration at all.
