It really is a good looking place. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience.

WOW!!! I am traveling and overdid my pre-travel workouts. That, coupled with being in cramped spaces for most of the day, caused me to wake up this morning in considerable pain. I lucked out, and they had a 1000 a.m. massage with Amanda and a 60-minute float available afterward. Every ounce of me feels healed and pain-free. I highly recommend this establishment. It is clean, serene, and the actual healing deal!

I was referred to Ebb & Float after moving here from Chicago and missing my beloved Korean Spa I left behind. From the moment I stepped in, I was treated with warmth and caring. I booked one of the package deals so had a day of services. I was given thorough instructions every step of the way, and left to relax in a truly peaceful environment. Loved that it was VERY sanitary and not at all crowded. It was my first time trying a float and a cold pool. I opted for the float pool. It was a weird experience at first, but ultimately my body felt amazing after I got out. The cold pool will take more practice, but I'm glad I tried it and look forward to building up to longer stays! I'm hoping after payday I can sign up for one of the memberships and make this a regular stop!

First float spa experience was a success! I went for a 30 min chair massage session and then to the float tank. The chair massage is better than any chair massage I've ever had and measures your body prior to giving the massage. I really like how it squeezed my arms, hands, and legs. The float spa was spacious and the perfect temperature. It felt like I was suspended in a giant bowl of warm jello. The only thing that would have made it better was to have my own music playing. Anyways, I highly recommend the massage then float combo. I'd like to add on the ice bath next time!

I had a fantastic day at Ebb & Float. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are well taken care of. The workers explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I started with a sauna session, and was pleased with the amenities included. Next I did the salt float for the first time. I was intimidated at first, but felt comfortable after the quick orientation. They're are showers throughout the establishment and plenty of beauty care. The space was very clean and well taken care of. The environment is truly relaxing.

If you're like me, you're probably skeptical of certain new experiences, especially ones that might be a bit off the traditional routes. I had taken a bit of a gamble and purchased a group of services for my wife for Mother's Day--she loved it. So much so that she bought me a package for Father's Day. Scheduling was easy and walking in, you immediately get yoga studio and spa vibes. They have all kinds of fun heath and mystical elements for sale in the lobby like crystals, teas, and the like. Shoes off when you go in--I dig that. Tea, water, and music bowls available in the lounge area. Great downbeat chill music, too. First up was a chair massage. I don't usually think much of these things but these ones were really luxurious. After that, I got a wonderful introduction from my guide, Tara, to the otherworldly experience that is a float. After a quick shower right in the private room, stepping into a thousand pounds of salt felt strange. I challenged myself and turned off the light for the full sensory deprivation experience. It took a while to get past the oddness and let my mind wander, but then it was very much an other-dimension and out-of-body kind of experience. Music brings takes you in and brings you back to reality. Next, I was taken into a blue room with a timer and a tub--the cold plunge. After getting amped up with some breathing exercises, I hovered over until the top of the minute and jumped in. Holy wow...I made it halfway through the 3 minute max time. Felt like death but also life. Next was a half hour in the sauna with halo therapy and chromotherapy (salt and lights). After a good sweat, I got showered and checked out. If you've never tried something like this before, definitely check it out. I'm going back--and turning my phone off...again. Amazing.

This establishment is so calm and welcoming. And my significant other came here after purchasing a 60-minute two-person sauna. It had been so cold, and we needed a pick-me-up to warm our bones. This was so relaxing; we felt like we detoxed and shed some unwanted toxins in our bodies. I highly recommend it, and we will be looking to book other services that are provided.

OMG!!! Pure peace and tranquility. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was zen! It's super clean and inviting. I did the float, which was everything I hoped it would be. I was able to center my mind and even fell asleep, I was so relaxed. The massage chair was amazing. The sauna therapy was cozy and you get to pick which lighting you utilize. I would suggest they have some plus sized robes, but other than that, I had zero complaints.

I'm new to floating and have had a variety of experiences here. In general this is a really relaxing, spa like environment although I have some issues (see below). The float price is crazy but cheaper/worth it with a membership, IMO. The float cabins are really nice experiences! And the staff members are nice and try to be helpful, in general. A few things/details seem to have escaped them, though.* in the "meditation room," after a float, I once sat there with a post-float customer who was literally just chatting away to people on the phone, making appts at doctors offices. Everything they use to describe this room is that it's supposed to be a quiet meditation and relaxation space to wind down after your float. The staff did ask her to move to the lobby once I asked (after 10 minutes of her loudly talking away) but there's no friendly reminder signage in the meditation room, and I don't think the staff would have done anything without me asking. Incredibly frustrating. Even in therapy offices they have signs asking you not to talk on the phone or play music/videos.It felt like an inconsiderate waste of my money and time that the staff didn't enforce this without me having to ask.* If they could play the relaxation music (i.e., if the rooms were soundproofed) in the tanks the entire time, I would be asleep in seconds. They say they can't though because other rooms would hear it.*The biggest gripe I have is that there's only one outlet on one side in the unisex bathroom. The first time I floated I had to stand there for like 15 minutes waiting for another girl to finish drying her hair. Now if I see another woman floating at the same time, I get anxious toward the end of my float that I won't get there soon enough to get to use the single outlet. Super annoying logistical oversight!

Ebb and Float is a Columbus GEM. Getting in Infrared Sauna sessions along w/ the Cold Plunge completely changed my lifestyle and mindset. The community is fantastic and the energy of the space is unlike anywhere. 10/10 recommend!
