It is sooo yummy! Just wish they had better specials and deals. Chicago pizzas are a bit pricey but we get it from the Lexington location from time to time! Yum

Would give zero stars absolutely discussing do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. I literally threw away 45 dollars on this food I wouldn't give to a dog.

Pizza was gross. Took a long time to get the gross pizza. I paid way too much for this gross pizza. The wings were halfway decent. Gross pizza though.

[Serious] I have been to this place two times, and the first time was a pleasant experience. We got a thin crust pepperoni pizza with chocolate donut holes (which is the best dessert item there so far). The second time, WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My mom ordered the pizza the first time and she thinks about others. However, her boyfriend ordered this time not thinking about everybody else and what they wanted. He ordered the following: a deep dish pizza with dessert being a PB&J Pizza. So, not wanting to complain I ate the deep dish pizza. I was literally forcing it down my throat trying not to gag from how gross it was. My sibling were doing the same thing (including my mom's boyfriend's son). We were forcing ourselves because the boyfriend said if we don't he'll be very mad and he will never get anything for us again . So after we choked up all of our food, it came time to eat the disgusting abomination of the PB&J pizza. I tried some, and I literally almost puked. My siblings did the same thing and felt sick afterwards. So, eventually the boyfriend got mad at us but we knew that if we kept eating we probably would have got food poisoning. I give this place a 2/5 because the first time was good but the second was a horrible experience.

I am being nice when I give 3 stars. Their pizza is truly one of the best in the area but when you do have a complaint about how bad one is they don't truly make it right. Just to be fair they rarely make a pizza bad. Only 2 in the last 5 years so that's a good record. So I will increase to 4 stars because of that track record.

My daughter and I were out of town and noticed there was an East of Chicago pizza in Lexington, ohio. I was excited because our location where we live was closed 15-20 years ago, so we went inside to place an order to go. As we walked in a guy came to the counter who initially was friendly. I told him I would like to place an order to go. He asked me "name?". I gave him my first name. He said "ok last name?". I let him know he could just put it under my first. He rolled his eyes while saying "ok, what can I get for you?" saying my first name twice". I asked if there was a problem, and he replied that I was being rude because I wouldn't give him my full name and tried explaining it away as a way to get customer database and general rapport with guests and what if someone comes in with my first name as well. I replied "I'm rude?" He replied "yes". I'm a restaurant manager as well, and all that is valid what he said, but if a guest doesn't want to give us their full information for a to go order we don't make them feel bad for doing soor tell them they're rude for not giving non necessary information. I let him know that we are from out of town and I prefer to not give any more than my first name. At this point, I looked down at my 7 year old, grabbed her hand and walked out. I said take care and the guy said have a good day. I will note again that the guy didn't refuse my business. He would have taken my order, but after saying I was rude for not providing non necessary information that wasn't going to happen. After getting to our car I called into the location and spoke to a girl who told me when I asked to speak to a manager that the guy who I spoke with was the manager. The girl apologized and I said thank you and take care. The next day I called the corporate office of east of Chicago and spoke to a woman and gave my info. Received a call a little after 3pm the same day from the owner of the east of Chicago in Lexington. I could tell it was the same guy. So not just the manager of this east of Chicago, but the owner named Rick he said. Initially when he called he didn't mention that he was the one I spoke with, but I could tell. I asked and he said yes it was him. It's sad that a manager would make a customer walk out of a restaurant and even more depressing that an owner would because of simply wanting to use their first name for a to go order and then calling them rude for doing so. Note that once I knew it was him on the phone and he was not just the manager, but the owner I knew there was no need for further communication and I told him best of luck, take care and hung up. Note also that he wasn't mean in the short phone conversation and I believe even said he appreciates me or something to that affect as I was hanging up, but it's all a façade. It's his restaurant. If he wants to lose sales by making customers feel like trash that is his right. It's unfortunate though for something so trivial and not necessary. As a restaurant operator, I urge you to rethink your future interactions with your future customers.

order a Buffalo chicken salad and the was a ton of lettuce and less then 6oz of chicken. They patronize you with a teaspoon of green peppers. For $13, I would expect way more chicken and vegetable then i received. They should be embarrassed to sell a salad like this. They obviously don't care, because they have several two star ratings and still have the service that they do. I will never order from this restaurant again. do yourself a favor, and do the same. A BIG WAIST IF MONEY!

Surprisingly Bad.I helped a buddy paint his living room, then he ordered a pizza from this place. It looked like a fake pizza for a photo shoot and tasted awful. After a couple slices, the rest went into the trash.

It's a Wednesday at 4pm. Ordered a thin crust pep and sausage pizza and a pan crust cheese pizza. It was delivered quickly. The thin crust was not thin. Seemed to be more of a hand toss crust. Very very little sausage. The pizza was over done, not burnt but close to it. Called about the pizza not being a thin crust and was told they don't do credit. So we agreed to have it remade and sent back. Told the child that answered the phone that we had already touched the current pizza. The owner arrived to deliver it and wanted the old pizza back. She was rude and nasty! So my husband told her to keep them both!! We won't be ordering from east of Chicago ever again. To many other choices in town to support a business owner like that.
