Dunkin'

As a customer, I was shocked and frustrated at the parking layout at this location. All the parking spaces were at the rear of the lot, meaning that all walk-in customers are forced to walk across drive-through traffic lanes to access the front door. The handicapped parking spot is particularly poorly placed. It took 80 steps from the parking lot to get to the entrance.Once inside, it took some time to get the attention of the workers, my guess is it's because hardly anyone wants to come inside.Anyway, I placed my order and put a gift certificate on the counter. Then I was asked whether I wanted to use the gift certificate as payment. Oh my! I was speechless.I will not be returning to this location.

Jaden was amazing from taking the order to filling it. He was courteous, professional and pleasant. I've been through a few times on my way to work and today was especially busy. Jaden handled it with ease- also - I drove off without an item and he grabbed me before o got too far. Thanks for making my day bright!!

I got the Cookie Butter Cold Brew. It was not as good as I expected..but I am willing to try it again. The service was amazing. It seemed like some corporate employees were there checking out the store and helping out. It was awesome to see them checking out a storefront satellite location. It keeps the employees top notch!!! I got a free donut with my drink since it is Wednesday through the app. I got a maple glazed..pretty average, nothing special. I lastly got a side of the Maple Glazed Snackin' Bacon. Really nothing special at all, it was very thin bacon crumpled up in a bag. The bacon pieces were in balls LOL, I did not know what was happening. The bacon had pepper & maybe a glaze of syrup, but not something I would order again by any means. I would try out some of their other food. It is a very cute location..I hope they do well!! It is very clean, but the parking lot is a hot mess express, who designed that?! Hahahah. The parked in-store employees have to walk through the drive through line to then have to walk around to the front of the store. I love how Dunkin' coffee makes me feel compared to other coffee places. Makes me feel awake, energized and at ease. Nothin' crazy.

Well staffed for a Sunday morning, but staff are still sorting out technology. They missed a sandwich on our dine in order, yes it was modified (no cheese) but still. It took 2 people to finally get me the sandwich And by then my family had already scarfed down their donuts.Nitro cold brew is on par with Starbucks at $3.99 for a medium. They run all the specialty coffees as well, frozen, iced, hot, all the creamers and toppings. The usual.Doughnuts are doughnuts, nice standard variety both yeast and cake doughnuts. Specialty ones run $1.89-$2, regular are $1. They have doughnut holes as well singles and bundles (like timbits).We will be back, just. It often.

I rarely go to Dunkin' Donuts, but my friend treated me for my belated birthday. I was impressed with the new Dunkin' in Westerville. I had the Salted Caramel Cold Brew and ate the Maple donut and French Crueller and they were delicious. My friend had the Iced coffee and Cinnamon Roll. Very happy with the atmosphere and the service. I will be back at this Dunkin' in Westerville and other Dunkin' Donuts stores in Columbus.

Decided to stop in today. A ton of workers and I think the owner with several other people. Ordered a Strawberry donut, a caramel donut, a couple cream filled. All were very dry tasting for the donut portion. Not a good experience. The creams and toppings were okay. A lot of better options in town. Hopefully it works out for them though.

Knowing this is a fairly new business I'd like to cut them some slack but today was ridiculous. They have 2 drive thru lanes but emptied one before serving the other. Orders were coming up on the wrong lanes screen. Staff didn't even know what I ordered when I got to the window?!?! There were only two cars ahead of me. I had an iced tea (which was so nasty I dumped it out - seriously - it's iced tea - not hard) and 1 glazed donut. They just seemed confused and untrained. I feel bad for the employees- it really feels like a lack of training. Dunkin you can do better.

This location puts the cream filling into the eclair doughnuts from the side so it doesn't go all the way up the middle. You are basically paying for two, tiny, cream-filled doughnuts joined at the hip. Service was friendly and folks hang out during open hours. But if you want cream filled doughnuts, go elsewhere.

This store is the worst store i have been to, the girls that work here always seem to be agitated with customers and the food is terrible and when you complain they don't want to fix the problem. I spend alot of money here and my friends and family and i don't think your store wants to lose money and customers.

Ordered from here and not only are the workers rude but the food they literally give you half portions. When I tell you the cappuccino I got was not even half full. This bacon was supposed to be 8 pieces. This is how it came. I'm not even joking lol the only person to ever make my food right was the lady with the beard and she quit
