Dunkin'

I've only started coming here for the s'mores frozen ice coffee and thus Dunkin seems pretty good! I am not a coffee drinker but I love s'mores so I had to try the new frozen coffee drink. It is absolutely delicious! Even when the drive thru line has been long, it goes pretty fast. In the 4 times I have been wait time is minimal and service is efficient!

This is my least favorite dunkin. It just lacks pretty much everything a dunkin should be. They added banana bread to their menu, which is what brought me in... I should've stayed away the banana bread taste very chemically didn't even taste like banana and has an awful aftertaste... I would recommend avoiding it. It needs to be off the menu.

I've ordered here twice and I'm not sure when I request sugar free vanilla syrup in my iced coffee, I don't get the full-sugar syrup.

We did an Oreo Hot Chocolate, midnight blend and two bagels. The total was 8.88. The Oreo hot chocolate was a sugar rush. The bagels were crispy and warm. The midnight blend was smooth and had just the right amount of cream.

middle aged man who yelled "HOT OR ICED" multiple times. It really frighted me. Then played a little game when giving the credit card back. Very confusing, super tricky! Coffee was delicious.

This is my go-to spot every morning on the way to work. I've always loved the taste of Dunkin over any other coffee chain. The employees are always so friendly and very fast at keeping the lines moving. I use mobile order which is amazing so I can just go through the drive through and give my name rather than repeating my order every morning. My coffee is always there waiting for me at the window and so is a kind older gentleman that greets me by name every morning and as he hands me my coffee. If you've never been here and don't know what to get, try an iced coffee with caramel and milk. This has been my go-to for years although I've recently been getting their Girl Scout peanut butter cookie coffee which is around for a limited time....so yummy!!!

So who knew that the library closes with snow. Maybe level 2 snow emergency triggers it? Don't know. Regardless, it was closed but Dunkin Donuts was open with coffee and wi fi. After spending the morning and early afternoon home working with the hubby there (works for schools which were closed) - I couldn't 'take any more of being in the house while he watched "Pulp Fiction."My adventure into the snow led me to Dunkin Donuts. It was maybe 2 PM by the time I got there - no one else in the store. I got a large cup of decaf with SF vanilla flavor. Or at least that's what I ordered. I may have got decaf but pretty sure there was no flavor. Definite language barrier in place.At least the coffee was hot, the wi fi was free, and there was a seat away from the door (and they have a restroom). I sat down and plugged into the wi fi and went to work. I was there maybe 1.5 hours. I think 3 people came in and got small to go orders. Not sure how they stay in business - must have a heavy rush at meal times and mornings.There were maybe 7 or 8 tables and a TV was on - but no too loud. One other person came in and sat down before I left - but again, quiet enough and non-intrusive so I was able to work.This spot ranks not at the lowest for Gahanna options - but I don't think I'll be back. There are others that are in the same price range ($2) that I liked better. No real complaints - but also no AWESOME experience to brag about either.

My go to Dunkin. The best vanilla latte. The staff is incredibly nice and the one time they got my order wrong they corrected it immediately and were sincere in their apologies. I've never had a bad experience here. Drive thru or walk in, they're great.Edit: from 5 to 4 stars because of the middle aged rude gentleman who doesn't care much for hygiene and gruffly hands us our orders (it's been a few times now)

Service is not good at this location. I've been maybe 4 times and there was a problem with my drink 3 of them. The donuts have been good, though.

It's May of 2022 and their lobby is still closed. We're in Ohio traveling; there aren't Dunkin Donuts back home. Would have been nice to look over the menu -- ya know, not in the drive-thru with customers piling up behind us.What if I wanted speciality donuts but they were out for the day? I could have seen that for myself, if their lobby was open.How much time is wasted, unnecessarily, by customers being tended to piecemeal, unable to see what's available, having to ask or wait to be told "we're out" when ordering?We left without ordering.Open your lobby.
