Dunkin'

My husband was a little early for work so he dropped in for breakfast this morning. He loves a good vanilla crème filled chocolate donut and was looking forward to that and a breakfast sandwich. He didn't finish the donut because it was old, stale, and barely any filling in it. He did eat the chocolate off the top. Then, he took a couple of bites into his seemingly delicious breakfast sandwich...only to see a long hair sticking out of the egg!!! Needless to say, he did not finish that either.

They're here! Finally! 1576 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus!So happy to welcome this particular chain to the neighborhood! Early hours every day will make for brewed awakenings!

I was overdue for a good experience at Dunkin, and I finally had one at this location. The staff person who helped me was so great - just upbeat and personable. I walked out with my iced coffee smiling and caffeinated! This location is very clean and has a private parking lot (always a plus in Grandview).

The staff is always extremely friendly and the store is always very clean! I usually only get an iced coffee but I want to try their food or donuts sometime soon. They are always also super quick which is appreciated this early in the AM. I recommend checking out this Dunkin' if you haven't already! Plenty of parking as well

I've been here only 3 times and each time there was an issue. This morning I ordered a matcha and the worker asked the other work if there is espresso in it. I got a brown matcha because it was full of coffee. I understand making a mistake but not knowing your menu and giving a totally wrong/bad drink is a different story. None of the workers really cared and when I went in to get it fixed the lovely lady upfront fixed it for me. Don't think i'll be going here for drinks anymore

Blandly subpar for the Dunkin experience. That said it gets the job done. First time going to this branch and while service was fast and the employees were quite nice, it definitely left the "I ordered fast food experience. Meh". The layout to get through the drive thru is pretty tedious and not really intuitive (although thankfully there are a few signs); you may have to unnecessarily loop around the building if you come from the W5th entrance. But most importantly what got me was the quality of the food I ordered. I know I shouldn't be expecting gourmet Michelin food, but all the food I received today felt like it was covered in an excess of old grease and had been under a heat lamp too long. Maybe it's because I didn't go during peak hours (around 4pm), but the hash browns lacked crunch (and tasted like they'd been microwaved), and the sourdough sandwich was hard to chew to the point that it felt like I was eating jerky. Everything was neither hot or the usual flavor. Tbh, the texture of the sandwich was what got me. It should be two stars on that alone; but it's fast food so I'll cut it some slack. What can I expect?Generally speaking, all Dunkin place seems to have a little fluctuation in how well they deliver their coffee, and this was quite average; nothing horrendous, but not the perfect balance to write home about. Luckily everything was warm. It's not the worst experience I've ever had, and I did eat everything so that should count for something. But at this price point, and quality - I'd much rather get literally any other fast food and it'd probably taste fresher (... or atleast as fresh as one can get for fast food). I probably won't come back to this branch due to today's experience, but I do appreciate that it's the only DD on this side of town that even has drive thru.

This Dunkin' has a nice set up with very clear signage and markings for the drive thru and a small parking lot with entrances and exits on both 5th Ave and North Star. It makes for a very efficient visit to get your coffee and donut fix. When I stopped by, there were a number of cars in the drive thru and no one inside, so I ran in and picked up a couple of glazed donuts and some with chocolate frosting and sprinkles to go. The friendly staff person was kind enough to let me know they still had the chocolate frosted sprinkle ones in the back and to offer to get them for me, as there were only vanilla left in the case. The donuts were much enjoyed!

I ordered 25 muchkins and they gave me 17. Also I asked for original glazed and they gave me chocolate. They need to focus on the order and get them right because this is a very nice place to have a quick drink and lunch but when your order gets messed up it just ruins the mood for everything. I was very disappointed in them because I have been there three times now and they still keep getting orders wrong.Dunkin, please step up and be consistent.

If I can put 0 stars I would !! This place is beyond discussing, I ordered a Hot Carmel latte and it tasted like nothing but cleaning supplies and the milk tasted like spoiled milk!!!! This was in the morning time. While I waited for my distasteful latte I went and tried to use the women's restroom, and there was Sh!t all over the toilet!!!!!! Yuck!!! Said absolutely not and left to get my coffee, the lip was dirty as if somebody dropped it on the floor and picked it. I asked for another lid because I don't want to drink out of that, the manager I believe had a nasty attitude!! And you can tell she don't know how to operate her store because the presentation of the store looked A MESS so I asked for a refund and left. My experience was horrible and I do not recommend coming to this filth bucket !!!!!!

Love this new Dunkin! Will def be a regular here! Service is fast and workers are super nice. And as always, amazing coffee!
