Duncan Park

I would avoid this apartment complex. Overpriced, too many children/ unable to enjoy the amenities, not enough parking, theft/property damage to vehicles, no security cameras, trash area is not well kept. And apparently I have been living in an apartment that is "not up to code" and will have to move, per the office staff after I inquired. I think that sums my experience at Duncan Park, the last three years. Very disappointed.

They did great on all our process. My husband and I, we recently moved from Florida and we needed an apartment ASAP, since day one on our tour we had such an amazing experience, really nice people. From there everything has been a nice experience, they have helped us with all our questions, they processed our application so quick and honestly, one of the best apartments complex that I have been to. On our moving day they made the process so quick, and the place was cleaned, everything looked nice. We are so happy. They also left us a nice gift which was so thoughtful.

Gorgeous community. Duncan Park is a great community. the finishes are updated and the ceilings are tall. I met a resident while in the office who has lived here for 3 years and loved it. Bonus points for the cute dog lol

I have had an exceptional experience living at Duncan Park Apartments. From the moment I moved in, the level of service and attention to detail has been outstanding. The property is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.A special shout-out goes to Justice, the property manager, who truly stands out for her dedication and professionalism. She is always responsive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable.I will echo the other reviews - it is frustrating they revoked amenities due to the actions of others.

The need to sell my home unexpectedly in 2021 sent me on housing search for a quiet, affordable, conveniently located apartment. The Champion Companies offered just what I needed. Duncan Park has been home for almost 3 years. I appreciate the ease of using the app for rental payments and maintainence requests. The leasing office staff is always so polite and responsive. Maintainence is also a pleasure to work with when needed. The location is great with a short drive to 315 and its proximity to a plethora of restaurants and stores. I really enjoy living here.Full transparency. I scored my experience 4 stars and not 5 due to the inevitable challenge of apartment living when you have noisy neighbors. As a first level tenet, the noise from above can be maddening BUT the front office has always responded with kindness and taken action to address issues as they arise. I have also been disappointed with the amount of the rent increase in the short time I've been here. I wish things like being a timely and pleasant tenant could be cause for a discount.

Nice apartment complex in an area convenient to stores. Moving from out of state for a new job, I found that Emily was very helpful and friendly. Because I was moving site unseen, Emily made the move easy and painless. Unless I'm missing something, I found the apartment spacious and comfortable.
