I moved into Dublin Square at the beginning of the year and I could not be happier. MacKenna was extremely helpful and hardworking when helping me find the right floor plan. The grounds are clean and very well maintained. After every snow, plows and ice trucks came out the very next morning. The maintenance crew are polite, hardworking, and always on time. The office staff are always available for any questions or requests I may have. I never have an issue with finding a parking spot (unlike my last apartment complex, Sawmill Village) and there is ample visitor parking on both sides of the complex.I do have a tendency to hear the neighbors above me and beside me, but the quiet hours (10am-10pm) make it extremely bearable. Plus, the quality of the apartments and grounds make it completely worth it.The amenities of Dublin Square are unparalleled and I can't wait to use the pools (yes, TWO pools!) this summer. Thank you, Dublin Square! I found the perfect apartment!!

We just moved in last weekend and it was seem-less (thank GOODNESS!). The leasing office has been helpful and everyone who lives around here seems super kind and down to earth. Plus the location is great. (:We moved from another apartment complex because of the high cost there and the minimal space. This place is the exact opposite - it's wonderfully affordable (compared to my last place) and the units are HUGE. We are so looking forward to living here. Special thanks to Olivia and Kristen @ the leasing office who have been extremely kind and helpful through our move-in process. You guys ROCK!

Do not move into this apartment complex. They cannot clean the garbage disposal area. It's always filthy and people dump things in the road that can block the road. And they rip you off if unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to move out. They charge you a break lease requirement and a break lease fee. And on top of that all the people in the office could not verify it is very alarming that they don't know the policies. And when I moved in they never gave me a copy of the lease agreement like they said they would. Stay far away from this place they really are bad and very unethical.

So I'm not sure why everyone else on here is complaining about the new management company, Champion, because they are 1000% better than the old one when it was Mercer Square. My husband and I have lived here for 4 years, yes 4 years! So majority of the time was with the Mercer Square management, and they were horrible. Champion has taken this property over and shown how much they care by providing multiple improvements, including the quality of staff. They updated both workout rooms, both pool areas, keep the free coffee areas stocked and fully operating, repaved the parking lot, and much more. They actually enforce the parking permits which is awesome! We are sad that we have to leave because the management is so friendly and accommodating. I will agree with the guy that mentioned no one monitors the pool, but I'd honestly rather it be that way. If there are people that don't have passes, I report it to the leasing office and they usually act. There are cameras so, they can definitely still monitor or review footage. I can't say enough good things about the management change at this property, the only unfortunate thing is the price has gone up, but that is happening all over Columbus. It's worth it with the improvements they've made here! Usually when you resign they offer incentives, like $500 credit, etc. So don't let the price sway you too much. Seriously - I've never had friendlier staff at an apartment complex!

Detestable place... Bad impression and bad treatment. More than 30 minutes passed and the person who was in resection did not want to attend to us... I wasted time in this place! I can't imagine what it would be like to live here and ask for a service for your apartment... I don't recommend them if you're looking for a place to live. In addition, its areas are full of dog poop.

Apartments aren't ugly but the staff morals are. They will hit you over 100$ in rent fees after you sign the lease, try to force you to stay pass the lease to get more money out of you. Make you go through there internet so you pay more. Make you have utilities through pioneer so be ready to pay 300$ a month in utilities and they don't turn it off when you leave to try and force you to pay when you no longer live there. Never experienced a more grimey money hungry company than this. Save yourself some money and find a better place.

My experience at Dublin Square was far from satisfactory, marred by a series of issues that have significantly detracted from the quality of life here. Despite the initial promise, the reality of residing in this complex has been overshadowed by numerous shortcomings. One of the most glaring issues is the inadequate exterior lighting and lack of security measures, leaving residents feeling vulnerable and unsafe. Coupled with poor exterior cleanliness and the overall maintenance of the premises, fall short of acceptable standards. The management's failure to prioritize resident satisfaction is evident in various aspects. Renewal rates are unreasonably high compared to new lease rates, and there is a distinct lack of effort to accommodate residents' concerns. Passive-aggressive emails and an adversarial posture towards residents further exacerbate the situation. Total lack of effort on their part to create a positive community spirit of any kind. Communication with management is another significant challenge, with slow and often non-existent responses to emails. Furthermore, the forced Xiber Internet Service, with its questionable security and reliability, is an unwelcome imposition, especially considering its recurring cost of $60 per month. The lack of options for choosing utilities suppliers, coupled with inconsistent and exorbitant costs under PEM's utility reseller contract, only adds to the frustration. Also, something to note is the lack of ventilation in the bathroom leading to reoccurring black mold issues--a possible serious hazard to your well-being unless you constantly keep up with it. In conclusion, my experience at Dublin Square has been defined by disappointment and frustration. The management's failure to address these issues in a timely and satisfactory manner has eroded trust and confidence in their ability to provide a conducive living environment. As such, I cannot recommend this complex to prospective tenants.

Mandating that everyone pay for internet service, even though this was not part of our lease that we signed. The service is not as good as what I already have and lacks some features I need. How is this okay???Have a nice day.

Y'all if you're looking for a beautiful complex, with gorgeous apartments at a really good price with kind management, AND they accept Great Danes; This is the place for you. I've been living here since April/May and Jaylynn has been the best. She's the one who originally showed me the home, and the one I signed with. She will do everything in her power to help you, and then she exceeds the expectations. Not only her, but the entire staff. At my old place maintenance hardly ever came when a work order was put in, but these guys? pfft give them like 2 hours and they're at your door ready to help you. I absolutely love this complex and I can't wait to resign a lease with them for 2024 :)
