Downtown Perk & Dessert Oasis

I absolutely love this place. I have been stopping in here for the past several months. Fantastic coffee. Friendly service. And great breakfast sandwiches. They have a cute dining area and some small areas you can throw a laptop or tablet on to work for a little bit while you're having your coffee. What are the best coffee houses in the area. Give them a try if you're around. I know I'll continue to be back.

This is one of our favorite places to eat in Ashland. Some of our favorites are the Italian Muffalata, their wraps, salads, and flatbreads. Their specialty coffees are fantastic as well.

Oh how I love downtown perk! This is always a go to stop for a light breakfast or lunch with some yummy coffee! The prices are great 4-9$ for almost everything! The only reason I give 4 stars is because they make their coffee so strong and sometimes I can't finish it! Something that can help if you feel that way too is asking for hot shots opposed to their premade coffee! They have lots of seating for chatting with friends or studying! There l'ovation for parking is pretty good too with a lot and parallel parking around the building!

I eat here all the time for lunch and occasionally breakfast. Love their food and the staff is always wonderful! It's a nice change of pace having a place you can eat some fresh food at in Ashland and isn't a chain restaurant.

Wonderful coffee and espresso drinks! Absolutely the friendliest staff! Fabulous place for lunch. Daily specials add excitement to the already good menu! The best place for lunch! Don't miss their gift shop and flower department!

Great little coffee shop in a strange location. We have been here twice and gotten the coffee frap with white chocolate. Very good. I would recommend stopping in.

Local institution. Looks much nicer after the renovation too. Solid small menu and great drinks!

This is a fantastic brunch spot! I have had their coffee flights several times and it never disappoints! The staff are pretty quick at getting your order out. They recently underwent renovation and it's super cute. I have and will bring my friends here!

Their house roast was a dark roast that tasted kind of burnt.Their "special" cheesy bacon melt was very good.I would come back, but would be open to trying somewhere else also.
