Doug's Point Pizza

I have been a customer for many years and have recommend it to so many friends and family. Every one absolutely loves this place. Such wonderful pizza, subs, and everything else.

Very good food , I have never had a bad pizza or sun from there and there prices are pretty good , good people.

The definition of a hidden gem on the East End of Newark. Reasonably priced and incredible. Having grown up on this side of town and moving back as an adult, I hadn't had the pizza in many years, but I'm happy to say that it's damn good. A nice cracker crust and great tasting ingredients. Don't overlook this little hole-in-the-wall the next time you need some pizza. You won't see disappointed.

The only reason I gave this place a star was because I had to put something there. I was visiting Newark from out of town and this place was suggested to us. When I called to order the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude. About 15 minutes after ordering I got a call saying that if I wanted my pizza I had to pick it up because the driver wasn't going to go down the driveway of where we were staying because he didn't want to get stuck... there was absolutely no snow on the ground and this man was extremely rude too.

This place had the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The driver wouldn't deliver to me because the driveway had "snow" in it, that I went through in my lowered 2008 Honda Civic...‍ They were even rude in the process of ordering. Highly recommend not doing business here.

Been buying pizza here for over 20 years. love the "all the way", great crust and toppings, we've picked up our own for the last 15 years and before that we never had a problem with delivery when we lived in town. always great weekly deals on two pizza's 15" or x-large 17"!
