Came here upon the suggestion of my Uber driver! Absolute delight to be here. Great service and food. Portions are large. Ordered plain dosa and it was humongous! Sambar was bland, agree with the below reviewers. The chutney was excellent, though. I ordered the chicken tikka and that was large portion size, fitting for maybe 3! Chicken was well cooked but slightly less tender. The sauce was a nice complement. I recommend this place for a quick Indian craving.

I was really excited to see another dosa place open in Ohio, especially since the spot my family and I used to visit stopped serving a specific dosa we loved. Plus, having Indo-Chinese dishes on the menu is a nice bonus!We all ordered the rava masala dosa, but I was surprised that it didn't originally come with potatoes like most dosa places. Since it was our first time, they did provide potatoes with our dosas. Unfortunately, the dosa itself was lacking flavor, particularly salt. The chutneys also fell short and could use some improvement.The service, however, was excellent! Despite us not fully enjoying the meal, they kindly offered us free rice pudding, which was absolutely delicious.I'd consider coming back, but they definitely have some room for improvement.

When you want a quality Indian lunch buffet and get excited about it... don't come here. Well, unless you're planning on using your imagination like Peter Pan and the lost boys.The inside is not very welcoming. The lady was nice and apologized for not holding up to their advertising.

In the old Namaste spot, and some signage is still up. Freshened up inside, very welcoming, and very friendly service. I went at noon on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. The buffet is weekend only.Got some veggie pakora to start, and wooo, it was huge, and very good. Crispy outside, perfect, fluffy inside, with a couple of sauces. I should have just gotten that- a big enough portion for a lunch!Lots of interesting stuff on the menu. Momos, curries, and much more. But with dosa in the name I figured I should try a dosa. I did not know what they were, but the menu pictures made me think of a wrap or a gyro, decent-sized, maybe build it yourself. I got a marsala dosa. It came out and I was floored. Huge, and if it had been a filled thing like a burrito just massive and startling. It's actually kind of like a crepe, huge, rolled up. As long as my forearm. Thin and crispy and nice to eat on its own, but you can tear off pieces and dip in the chutney and sauces that come with it, on a large platter that still can't quite contain it.I enjoyed it, couldn't finish it, and left absolutely stuffed. I will be back for other items, and more pakora, I'm sure. Decent prices for quantity and quality.

Went here recently for an early dinner mainly to try their South Indian food.Food: we got the masala dosa, rava dosa, medu vada, and rassam. Portion sizes for the dosas are pretty big but the food was good, we were hungry, so we ate it all haha. The potatoes for the masala were very flavorful! We thought the sambar was a little bland and had to mix the rassam in it (which helped). The vadas were fresh and crispy! Service: a little slow. It a took a while for the food to come out even though the restaurant wasn't full at all. The staff was friendly and attentive tho. Would I return? Sure. If you're craving some South Indian food, this place is a good fix. PS: we asked about their buffet and they do not serve dosas as part of it, which I think is very disappointing. If this is cumin and curry's "dosa kitchen" dosas should def be highlighted as part of their Buffett. Hopefully they can hire enough staff (or wtv they need to do) to change that!

Dosa Kitchen is my new go to Indian restaurant in Gahanna! Service was friendly, restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious! It was my first time trying a dosa and it was 10/10. The chicken tikka and shrimp saagwala were full of flavor and perfect consistency. I can't wait to return and try more menu items!

Ok, really don't want to pst this BUT! I dined in at Dosa Kitchen 1/22/2025 around 6:30p. Very nice place, seemed clean, service was good, food was very good.I had leftovers that I packed, potato dosa, garlic naan and the yellow lentils and rice.I go the warm my yellow lentils for lunch and as I was eating, I bite on something weird. I take it out of my mouth and it was a small piece of wire! Thank goodness I didn't swallow it! Very leery of returning! It was my first visit and disappointed by that. Be safe if you decide to try them out.

5 out of 5. I have no words other than this place is amazing. Both the food and the service is incredible. I've been there twice with my partner and both times, we've had no complaints whatsoever. This is now becoming a frequent place for us when we go out to eat.

Full disclosure I'm a foodie. I love Indian food and am very critical of a dish. With that being said I ordered the lamb biryani yesterday and it was so delicious! Up there with the best biryani I've had in Columbus. If I had to nitpick a bit...I would see people saying it was slightly salty but I have a salt-tooth and loved it. There was plenty of meat for every bit. I highly recommend this restaurant.
