Dirko's Pizza

Absolutely love this place! Get the dirka dirka special, you will be blown away! I stopped by with a hankerin' on a Tuesday night, took that thing home and slammed down on it. Delicious

On a road trip with my mother, we got to our Airbnb in Newark and were STARVING. We found Dirko's menu and ordered stromboli and mac n' cheese bites. The delivery was quick and the food was hot. The strombolis were massive and made for 2+ meals. They were also delicious. The mac 'n cheese bites were a little disappointing. Nothing awful, just lackluster.Dirko's definitely looks like your pretty standard pizza carryout place. The food quality is decent. I would order again if I was in town craving some pizza/stromboli.

This is the best pizza I've had in town! Their pizza is perfect, crust is good, sauce is gooood, cheese is gooooooooood, and toppings are lightly browned perfectly. I like my pepperoni crispy... ya know? My go to pizza Fo Sho! (P.S. Really think they should consider adding desert pizzas to their menu!)

Officially my new fave pizza in Newark!! So happy that I stumbled across this place thnx to Yelp. Service was fast. The ppl were kind. The pizza, meatballs, & garlic bread were all really great. I will definitely be ordering from Dirko's again the next time I am in town and craving pizza.

Stromboli..!!! Get it. Doesn't matter which one...they are excellent. Every pizza we've ever gotten has been just as good. Our Church uses Dirko's for all of their events, this place opens early just to make and have pizzas ready...good honest, hometown local shop supporting the community.

This is our go to destination for Stromboli's they always are fast and the food is always delicious!

need to put details on the menu!! like no lunch specials on sundays!!!! ridiculous!!! tired of calling in and finding out new information. you have now lost my business, which was pretty consistent.

called ordered Stromboli. Ask if could pay so someone else could pickup for me. they said ok took care it went through got a notification from bank. He goes in and tries to get pizza they say you have to pay. He says it was paid for on phone. Guy says "man you can't get free food here". Loudly enough so everyone can hear. So he pays. I call when he comes home and the manager oh well I will credit your card. no sorry. Give you a discount next time. nothing. Also took 4 days for credit back to card. Just smart mouth answer. It is the one of the best Stromboli in Newark. But I'll never buy again. I'm only one person and I'm sure my $21.50 a week won't kill them. But keep up the bad service and more will join me. Carmen's on National Drive make a really good Stromboli too.

They have the best Stromboli! They give you a healthy amount of sauce to dip it in. The Hawaiian pizza is our favorite also

Great place, great atmosphere and for my first time trying them. I recommend them. Didn't wait long for it after walking in and pizza has a great taste, one of the better if not best in Newark. Prices are fair for the amount you get and the deals and coupons help a lot. Will be coming back and telling everyone I know about them. I also ate in and was laughing cause majority of the time they were singing to the radio. One of the best moments was all star from smash mouth came on and there it was I was in the shrek movie eating pizza lmao
