A few weeks ago, I was doing some errands this morning, when I happened to drive by this truck. I made a point to stop by on my way back home. It's a brand new food truck. Emily, the owner/chef, just opened for business last week. The Violet Festival was her first customer experience. New, bright green truck - can't miss it. She was in the process of the last steps before opening on a consistent schedule. Out and about again today with my niece, we noticed the truck's sign was on. Two picnic tables were added, so there's room to sit and eat. Chatting with Emily, she's super friendly and personable. We ordered two Spring Rolls and 8 Potstickers. We had to wait a little longer than usual, but the truck is new, and operated by one woman. First out was the Pork Potstickers. The potstickers are sold individually - $2/piece. A side of what tasted soy/teriyaki dipping sauce. They were full of flavor! Hot. Solid consistency. The pork was a delight! As we waited for the second dish, we were given Crab Rangoon to try. A bit too much cream cheese for my tastebuds, but not bad, nonetheless. Want to add that the triangles were filled full, so that's always a plus for getting your money's worth. Great crispy fried taste of the wrapping. Oh, and Emily offered us a free bottle of water to compensate for the delay. The truck did not have cooked noodles (for the Spring Rolls), so Egg Rolls it was. They were fantastic! Chicken and veggies. The dough was cooked to a slight crunchiness. Satisfying! I'm excited to try the Steamed Buns and Dumplings, as I'm currently crushing on those! I hope her dishes are as solid as the food I had today!

This local food truck is great. Its owned by a local woman who runs the fresh market stand. Ok except to take a lot of your meal home because she hives large portions at a great price. The food is made to order so prepare for a little wait roughly 10mins. I love the steamed home made dumplings. Soft and doughly will the pulled pork was nicely flavored. The set up is a big green food truck which is brand spanking new in front of a big ol red barn lol. So you cant miss it. Its set off of Gender rd. The owner set up a picnic table and gives you red trays to carry your meals. The only draw back can be the weather and the traffic. She is really close to Gender rd and if it rains you better be ready to grab it to go. All and all a nice place for some Asian cuisine that's freshly prepared.

The food is fresh and hot but bland. Had the combination platter which consists of 7 potstickers and three eggrolls for $15! Ask for the yumyum sauace or teriyaki sauce on the side or she wil pour it all over everything.

Food is good, the lady running it was very accommodating and sweet. The egg rolls with her homage yum yum sauce were great. Seems expensive for a food truck, but then you get these huge portions. Leftovers for sure. We'll be back. Read some past reviews, I can see some struggles in a busy environment. Good day, bad days.

I've been wanting to try this place and was never able to find them at their stated location, so this afternoon I called the telephone number listed here on Yelp (and on their Facebook page). The woman who answered agreed that I'd reached the Dim Sum truck, but she seemed annoyed that I'd called and told me, "I'm not even open today. I know who you are. Don't call my cell phone again."WTF?

This is an amazing food truck! The food is delicious and the proportions are huge! The sweetest lady named Emilee was so courteous. It was fresh shrimp fried rice, chicken bowl, Korean steak bowl , combo platter, and spring rolls! No msg! No salt! Greatly priced! I will definitely be stopping by often! Eating healthy!

I tried Dim Sum Luck at the Tanger outlet mall in Sunbury during the food truck festival. I understood that there would be a bit of a wait as it was a very busy day and a great event. I ordered the teriyaki shrimp and the chicken egg rolls. I was given the number 3 and then waited to be called. The numbers being called were in the mid to upper 40s and went to 50 and started back at 1. She called 1,2,4,5,6,7,8 but not 3. I finally asked if she had my order and she said that she told the guy taking the orders not to take shrimp orders as her fryer was not working right. She then made mine next which I got about 10 minutes later. Nearly an hour after I ordered I got my food, went back to work as my break was well over with. She literally was not going to make my food that I had paid 18.00 for. It was mediocre and it was a spin on a burrito bowl. Not good. Now the egg rolls were good. In the time it took to get my order I could have drove into sunbury ordered some chinese food ate it and gone back to work in the time it took just to get my awful asian burrito bowl. Thanks but no thanks. Never again. She was also rude about it. All she had to say was I'm sorry out of shrimp, I can make you chicken if you like. Nope nada.
